My fantastic first experience at Pantagis Renaissance started before I even walked in the door, while sitting outside in the gazebo waiting for my better half to join me for dinner, a gentleman who cheerfully introduced himself as "Nick" sat down and continued to have a thoughtful prolonged conversation with me which I really enjoyed as he was a true gentleman. Towards the end of our conversation I found out that he was actually the owner, Nick Pantagis. He personally escorted us to our table after introducing his lovely wife. Customer service was phenomenal! The buffet was more than adequate as it has something for everybody, the food was fresh and well presented...remember to save room for desert. I will return

This place is a dump now. I used to be here weekly for a year as my church met Sunday mornings. Things were fine at first, but then when the owners came back from out of the country everything was a nightmare. They purposely left bathrooms a mess and when we asked if they could clean it we were told to clean it ourselves. There was also a time where the heat was not on during the winter and I went and asked them how to turn it on. It appears I had asked one of the owners as they acted very annoyed, proceeded to yell at me in greek, walk away, come back and yell at me in greek again, then they told me to go find and ask a manager. We then found out that someone at the restaurant turned on the air conditioning and that's why the ballroom was so cold. Also the floors are absolutely filthy, I've had my shoes get sticky stuff on them repeatedly and they became charcoal black. Even if I sat on the floor (which I rarely did) and put my hands down my fingers would be charcoal black, YES they are that dirty. The care for their ballrooms is lackluster, in fact the one step leading up to the "stage" appeared to have been damaged at some point by another party as instead of properly repairing the step they filled it with concrete. Someone mentioned either on here or Yelp that they have free WiFi. This is absolutely false now. At one point they did and it was only up for two weeks, then all of a sudden they pulled it and it was never seen again. Do not expect free wifi at this place. Oh and another complaint one of my friends found a live cock roach in the bathrooms. How is this place still open? Because people don't know any better to take their weddings and business elsewhere. In the end the owners are absolutely slowly destroying this place. The only person there who seems to care and is sympathetic to everyone is Al as another person pointed out. With all of that said please do yourselves a favor and take your business elsewhere. The place needs a huge renovation and it's only going to happen if the place closes or a new owner takes over and fixes the place up.

Pantagis Renaissance featuring spectacular ballrooms and ceremony rooms. Service and cuisine is impeccable. The grand entrance staircase are perfect for family photography. Fireplaces and french doors create beautiful backgrounds for wedding photography.

At one time this was the most Elegant building dating back when it was own by Snuffy's. The food was never disappointing, until last night, September 20th when I went to my best friends Wedding Reception of 50+ years. The salad was wilted and brown. The Fish was Watery and the chicken was cooked so long, I could not cut it with my knife to eat it, and most at my table pushed it to the side. So, very Displeasing!!! The only decent and exceptional experience was the staff that worked so very hard to attend to the guests. I will never Recommend this to any of my Friends. It appears that your Establishment, doesn't care about the Quality of food, more concern about making a buck. So very sad of what was known as One of the Best Fine and Dine, have Fallen from Grace. Greed and Profit over Quality!

My husband and I recently got married at Pantagis! We had an awesome event. Despite the fact that our vendor coordinator quit one week before our wedding, Konstantine jumped right in and did not miss a beat! The food was great! The ambience was awesome and staff took great care of us!! We were very happy!! We would definitely recommend it to others!!! I wanted to give special thanks to Rkavia that took great care of me and my bridesmaids that day!! She is so patient and very attentive!! We loved her!!!

I actually created an entirely new profile in order to remain anonymous until after my wedding has taken place as to avoid any possible back lash. My wedding is scheduled to be held there this month and the customer service has been AWFUL! I call to speak to the owner and she is NEVER there before 5:00pm (must be nice), she goes days without returning a phone call and when she does she calls me by the WRONG NAME!, she took our deposit and if I did not call her we would never speak to her. Al, however, has been great. I have only dealt with him a few times but he has answered all questions and put my mind at ease when I felt ignored by the owner. I have read some other reviews, including the article about the couple who was cancelled on around Hurricane Sandy and it makes me very nervous. My fiancee and I are paying for a lot of things ourselves and it would be so disappointing if Maria Pantagis's current lack of professionalism happens to bleed into our Wedding day. We chose Pantagis because (as a couple on a tight budget) it looked like the best place for our wedding. We loved the ceilings, the wood detail and marble floors. Maria made us many promises as we made our way around and we left feeling like we had made a great decision. But once the deposit was in her hands she has completely ignored us (beyond asking us to have more people attend - something we can not afford to do, in order for her to fill a bigger room) All the arrangements are made, the invitations are out, hotel is reserved and there is really no turning back at this point without taking a CONSIDERABLE loss. I hope and pray my wedding day is all I have imagined. I hope Maria can manage a simple return phone call, remember my freakin FIRST NAME! and can deliver on what she has promised us. I will update you after the wedding and let you know how it goes.
