Brought a group of 16 there on a busy Saturday night. They had our table ready and we had two wonderful wait persons, Jessi and Marlee. Both lovely and personable, took care of all our requests. Made it look effortless. Jessi even took our pictures, making sure everyone's face was visible. The Food was fresh and delicious, we had carafes of the house red and white (perfect for groups) and fresh warm (yum) bread. The Mediteranean salmon was amazing and so was the watermelon and feta salad. Some had the lobster ravioli, others had the Chicken Picatta. Everyone loved their meals and I was the hero for setting it up. Doesn't get any better than that.

This place has good customer service and a nice atmosphere but we won't be back. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, which is the featured Bertucci special house pizza, only to find that each of its 8 slices had between 1 and 2 pieces of pepperoni on it. Whatssup with that? When we asked the waitress, she said "well, the portions are determined by corporate" and then gave us a complimentary dessert. I guess they think we won't care. You can't be successful without returning customers, corporate. We won't be back.

Appetizer came 10 minutes after the entrees. Each drink too about 20 minutes to reach the table. When the best thing you eat is the salad it's time to find a new restaurant...

Never had a bad meal in the Amherst location. Like the atmosphere as much as the food. The wood fired oven sets it apart from the rest. We didnt get the usual good service when we went after rush hour last sat. The food and service seems to be best at 630 friday or sat. Nights when they are packed. For some reason this Bertuccis is so much better than the rest?? Being a townie ill answer the bizarre building guys question about the odd style building. This used to be Rowe's garage way back then it was Hampshire chyrsler Plymouth until it was vacant in the early 90s then Bertuccis came down the Pike around 1995. This explains the garage bay door like windows.

the building is bizarre. (as an artist/architect, I cannot make the space work.) food is very good. service is usually excellent too. great place to bring kids too.
