Last December 2014 I was searching for a car and just like any other buyer out there I do not like to meet Car Salesmen. My last experience was so awful! But when I met Mr. Shubao of Honda West, he totally made my buying experience so pleasant. He did not hard sell to me and he just gave me the space and time to explore the car. For anyone who has traumatic experience with another salesmen, try this amazing and honest person. If not for him, I would not have bought a car from Honda. I got a Honda Accord Sport! I love it! Mr. Shubao, thank you, Sir!!! God bless.

The leasing process in general took a lot longer than expected. It took 5 hours to sign the papers, wait for the next phase, and get out the door. (I visited the day before and already knew what I was coming in for the next morning). Nonetheless, the customer service during those long hours was great and the service that continued after I left - was incredible. When I emailed with questions, I was met with answers almost immediately. When I called with concerns, I was assisted with respect and a sense of urgency. Overall, I very much enjoyed my leasing experience at Honda West.

I always use honda west and I like it but this time I'm so disappointed. At first, I have a recall parts and order parts. Few days later a guy called me for pick up the parts. so I went to pick it up, but they said must install here because It's recall items. ok I understood, but why he called me to pict it up? Anyway, I made appointment a week later because I didn't have a time that time. So I went today at 8;30am and waiting for one hour. Now what they told me that one parts is not coming yet.... Waiting for one hour and told me now!? Do you think I have a lot of time? Don't waste my day off. Now I have to wait for parts, and make appointment again....

Jilmar and his finance guy made my trade and purchase easy and fair. No haggle prices is such a relief. Jilmar is a great and trustworthy guy. I came armed to the teeth with Kelly Blue book print outs, Consumer Reports real cost papers and I didn't need any of it. Great guys!

I hate the feeling of someone trying to take advantage of me. I went in to buy a vehicle for about 11k and was told that they could finance me at 24% APR. I wouldn't do it so they came back with 12% APR and I was assured that was huge savings and I was getting a good deal.. Nope. So I went to CarMax by Warm Springs and got 3.8% APR.

Worst service and empty promises. Salesman promises a free tank of gas to my daughter if she bought the car. She bought the car and came back in a week for the free tank of gas. Salesman couldn't help her, too busy with other customers. He made his money and couldn't care less after the sale. Get it in writing, a hand shake means nothing at Honda West. Don't buy a car here!!!!!!!!! Go to somewhere else.

shuttles stop picking up at 3pm. i was told its up to 5.30pm! needed the car tonight but there is no one to pick me up

Terrible service. Even with an appointment I was told they were too busy to deal with my vehicle. Seems like they want our Honda care to expire before they deal with covered services.
