As a part of Volunteer Appreciation Week, NITA would like to thank Hon. Margo Brodie for volunteering over 100 hours of her time at NITA programs in 2016. Margo has taught at many of our international programs and in 2016 alone she traveled to countries such as Nigeria and Kenya to teach for public service programs. Thank you Margo for all of your hard work and dedication to NITA!

As Volunteer Appreciation Week approaches, NITA would like to thank everyone who has volunteered as faculty at our programs over the years. We could not have done it without you! In 2016, we had over 22,000 volunteer hours by 831 faculty. Those numbers alone show how committed our faculty all across the country are to teaching advocacy skills. Of all of our amazing volunteers, we had six who had over 100 volunteer hours in 2016. Those people are: Margo Brodie, Stephanie Ledesma, Tom Swett, Michael Washington, Richard Werstein, and Ann Williams.
In honor of Volunteer Appreciation Week, NITA would like to highlight these six people over the next six days for their continuous help and dedication to NITA programs. Thank you to everyone who has volunteered for NITA and who continue to bring their talent and skills to our programs each year.
