Happy 2017! I'm marching on to the beat of a brand new drum. The future has begun.
Day one!
It's day one of the rest of our lives!
It's day one of the best of our lives!

A REASON not to say "I feel" when you should say "I think." Saying "I think" is more definite and more a statement of fact. Saying "I Feel" is more vague and others are less able to disfgree or be confrontational toward how you say you "feel." In other words, it's a ploy (unintentional perhaps) to "buy some safe space around your real thought."

On July 1, 1976, Beginning Experience of Northeast Kansas, now known as Beginning Experience of Greater Kansas City was certified to begin holding Beginning Experience Weekends.

Happy 40th Anniversary!

It is natural and important to grieve and vital that we do so. Our emotions are God-given and should not be repressed.

There is a difference between grief with no hope, and the grief of the believer who has hope in the resurrection.

1 Thessalonians 4:13

#Godismyrefuge

He was despised and rejected-a man of sorrows, acquainted with deepest grief. We turned our backs on him and looked the other way. He was despised, and we did not care.

YET, he has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows. - Isaiah 53

Jesus loves you and cares for you. Your Beginning Experience family walks alongside you too. You Are Not Alone.
