Our NH office recently presented a donation to the Camp Connect Program at Easterseals New Hampshire . This program is for students K -12 with social communication disorders including Asperger Syndrome, High Functioning Autism and Anxiety Disorder. The program balances the need for academic structure and generalizes social and team building skills taught during the school year.

Our MA branch recently donated $3,200 to Abby's House . Abby's House is one of the first overnight emergency shelters for women and is committed to ending homelessness. They recently converted two abandoned houses into beautiful homes and now manage 78 units of housing near Worcester, MA.

Our Westbrook office recently donated to the Richville Library to support their partnership with Kids Harvest. Richville Library and Kids Harvest created a garden where all food grown is donated to Catherine's Cupboard, a local food pantry. The program endeavors to teach children lifelong gardening practices and a perspective of caring for the world around them. The program has donated 890 pounds of fresh organic produce to the food pantry in the last three years!

Our Vermont office recently presented a charitable donation to the King Street Center in Burlington, Vermont. The grant is earmarked specifically for the Teen Futures program which provides middle and high school youth the opportunity to develop their interests and learn new skills. The program includes several core components that focus on academic success, healthy lifestyle choices and job readiness training.

Hands on Hartford strengthens the Hartford community by responding faithfully to people in need through programs that change lives and renew human possibility. They provide vital support through community connections, referrals, basic health screening, nutrition education and employment and education expense.

The Connecticut Branch recently made a charitable donation to Kids in Crisis. For more than 36 years, the Kids in Crisis mission provides free, round the clock crisis intervention, counseling, comprehensive temporary emergency shelter, a wide array of prevention programs in local communities, and advocacy throughout Connecticut. These programs include SafeTalk, an assault prevention workshop offered in elementary schools and community centers designed to help keep children safe, strong, and free.

Our Maine office recently made a donation of $2,000 to JMG Jobs for Maine's Graduates LearningWorks program. They help at-risk students by giving them the skills and motivation they need to succeed. LearningWorks serves motivated students who are pursuing their high school GED through unique life-skills training and mentoring programs. These students will be valuable assets to the workforce; graduates of JMG become productive, contributing residents.

Our New York branch recently presented a donation to Albany RISSE – Refugee and Immigrant Support Services of Emmaus. The mission of RISSE is to equip refugees and immigrants to build sustainable, independent lives through language and literacy instruction, as well as support with life skills and integration into US culture and community.

Our Westbrook office recently donated $2,000 to Food AND Medicine Raised Garden Bed Project. Food AND Medicine is focused on anti-hunger and healthy community plans with a mission to organize, educate and empower workers and our communities. Their agriculture work is focused on making local food accessible to low-income and working-class Mainers.
