I think this would make for a great book "Source Code Comments Reveled!"

Best source code comments I've ever read:
// I am not sure if we need this, but too scared to delete.
// Mr. Compiler, please do not read this.
// drunk, fix later

Feels like there are a few ways to do this:
 1. +Android running in a VM on Windows
 2. Windows running in a VM on Android << feels more logical!
 3. Both Android & Windows running side-by-side on a light HyperVisor

Which seems best to you?

Story
Introduction
Eric is the Social Media Strategist for Intel's Embedded effort, which is the ≈$1B+ that Intel earns from things that aren't a "laptop, desktop, or server." He owns the Embedded Community (both Blogs & Forum areas), FacebookTwitterYouTubeLinkedIn, coordinating all of the Embassadors, and any social media support desired at trade shows.

He grew up the eldest son in a blue collar family of a French immigrant in a small town in New England.  From his teenage years on, Eric spent many summers and weekends helping his father in every aspect of construction from clearing the land, pouring foundations, framing houses, to roofing, and everything in between.  After high school, he was lucky enough to receive an appointment to the US Naval Academy, where got a BS in Physics with a focus on Quantum Mechanics & Nuclear Systems.

His initial 4 years in the Navy was going through the Naval Nuclear Power Pipeline & then serving as a Submarine Officer on board the USS Santa Fe as the Electrical Assistant, Reactor Controls Assistant, and finally the Weapons Department Assistant Department Head responsible for the Sonar Systems, Fire Control Systems, and Torpedoes.  LT Mantion earned both the "Order of the Ditch" from changing home port from Groton, CT where it was built to Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, and "Golden Shellback" from crossing the equator at the International Date Line on the way to Hong Kong.  After his submarine tour, LT Mantion reported for duty to SEAL Delivery Vehicle Team ONE, also near Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, and owned the $50 million "relocation" project responsible for moving the entire team from Ford Island to its current home on Pearl City Peninsula.  LT Mantion left the Navy in the spring of 1999 and headed to California.

His first civilian job was as a Product Marketing Engineer for a small chip company near Monterey, CA.  After learning all he could about semiconductors, Eric was hired to be a Senior Analyst for In-Stat, covering a wide range of topics from Network Processors to Switch Fabrics to Online Gaming.  After a 1 month transition to Principal Analyst for ABI Research, he accepted a position focusing on Switch Fabrics for Intel.  After that effort was defunded, he worked in technical marketing for the Embedded Group and was the originator and chief technical consultant behind the popular "Intel® Chopper" that was launched at ESC in 2007.  From there, Eric moved on and spent several years as a Senior Competitive Intelligence Analyst, before becoming the chief evangelist behind the "MARK/ARK" project which become Intel's fastest growing and most loved website in 2009.

Since the beginning of 2010, Eric has been working to consolidate all of the social media efforts for one of Intel's most diverse groups into a single engine that will help ECG to both reach new and growing markets while also help us to remain nimble and agile to stay in tune with any emerging developments.  He hopes that his diverse experience from multiple life experiences will help him to make this a successful program.  As with any good social media practitioner, you can find him online at:
