An honest article on the challenges of co-founder conflict. Buried deep within us are fundamental differences of perception and critical thinking. It's possible to become aware of the extreme differences in how partners or team members think about things and to learn how to work around these challenges to the best of our abilities. It's not always the case that we can turn the differences into a constructive debate.
