I had an EXCELLENT experience here at Hampton. I came here late on a Thursday evening after an AWFUL experience with Giles Subaru right next door. Upon exiting my vehicle, I was greeted immediately by Clement and was asked if I needed help. Clem directed me to the vehicles I was interested in and conversation was interesting, polite, and very laid-back. At no point in the process did I feel pressured or uncomfortable, including during the back and forth over pricing, which was very polite and cordial as well. Mr. Clem and Ms Jami even stayed late once I had accepted the deal to help me file the paperwork and get me home in my vehicle that night. This was very much appreciated! I HIGHLY recommend this place and I thank the team for their smooth dealing and excellent service!

I chose to shop via internet because of the convenience and to check pricing. I began my internet search for automobiles that would fit my budget and lifestyle. I sent inquiries to several dealerships, including Hampton Toyota. I had a response from Hannah Callen with Hampton within 10 minutes of sending it. She included her personal cell phone number so that I could contact her immediately. That was at 2:36 p.m. - I got to the dealership around 3:45. We discussed where I wanted to be with my payments, chose a vehicle and by 5:30 the paperwork was complete and my new 2014 Camry was being detailed! I will definitely refer all of my friends to Hannah. When I'm in the market for a new car again, I'll be contacting Hampton! Thanks again, Hannah! Angie Laneaux

I purchased a 2013 Cadillac SRX from Hampton and my experience was fantastic. I was helped immediately upon pulling up. Tyler Elizabeth Santopietro was absolutely amazing. She made my first experience buying a car the easiest thing ever. She was so polite, very personable, and knowledgeable. I previously went to multiple other dealerships looking to purchase, but didn't feel respected by any of them. Tyler was very patient with me, being a young first time car buyer and I definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to come here and see her!

Recently purchased a 2014 Tacoma and found everyone at Hampton to be very courteous and friendly. The sales person I dealt with, Jon Haynes, was very attentive and helpful. I found him to be knowedgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer any other question I had. The overall experience was casual without any pressure and very enjoyable. Thanks Jon and Hampton.

Go else where to buy a vehicle.... customer service is horrible, and they are very dishonest people. They try to push the slogan that they are the number one Toyota dealer in Acadiana. Last time I checked... they're the only one. Easy to make that claim huh?? Our 2009 Camry was burning oil as an astonishing rate. Didn't receive a recall on that one. Too much of and expense and inconvenience for Toyota. They rather "fix" certain recalls.

Recently, I purchased a new Toyota Camry from Hampton Toyota. I was offered assistance by Ms. Morgen Credeur in sales. I have purchased vehicles over the years and this was one of the most pleasant "sales experiences" I have encountered. I described the vehicle I wanted and at no time did I feel pressured to look at or pushed toward something I was not interested in. She made contact after the sale to ensure my pleasure with my purchase. If you are planning to buy a Toyota, go to Hampton and ask for Ms. Morgen Credeur. If there was a plus sign after the 5 stars, I would have given that to her as well. I would also like to commend the Service Department. I have four years service experience with them as they have been servicing my Toyota Tundra. I would like to commend Ms. Cheryl Miller for her customer service. I recently missed my service appointment in the morning and she got me in that afternoon. I have always been treated with courtesy and respect by everyone I encountered in the Service Dept. They have been as accommodating as possible. Due to the sales and service experience I have encountered at Hampton by Ms. Morgen Credeur and Ms. Cheryl Miller, I will more than likely be continuing my dealings with Hampton Toyota.

I am sitting in the little cubical waiting on a value for trade in on my car, purchase in motion for a brand new FJ cruiser when the sales man comes in and tells me that the car I was buying was sold to someone who looked at the car AFTER ME. I cannot warn you all enough to STAY AWAY from this place. After my experience I asked around and have heard only nightmarish stories about HAMPTON. They are slimy and dishonest. As hard as it is to decide on what to buy, who to buy from and then to hand over this large amount of money, I would at recommend you deal with some dealer that has more integrity than these people. On my way home, feeling so miserable that the car I'd finally decided on after driving my Durango for 14 years was sold under my feet, they called me to inform me that the buyers had cold feet and wanted to know if I was still interested. REALLY???? If you want a Toyota go to Opelousas to Courville--save yourselves from what I'd call a snake pit of slime.
