Strengthen your #lowback#glutes, and #hamstrings while stretching the front of your hips with no possibility of injury?
Try holding this "Bridge" while straightening one leg. Breath and count to four. Then switch. Try three sets to start. Feel good!

I tried this. It works. Take your right thumb and push into the space in the back of your mouth between your back teeth; the back corner. Hold pressure for at least 90 seconds. Repeat on the other side. Feels great.
