Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent visit. A positive customer experience is very important to me and I wanted to address your concerns. I’m sorry that you were uncomfortable with your oil level. However, as I showed you in your owner’s manual, we filled your oil to the specified fill line for your vehicle. For the serpentine belt, as we do our 17-point inspection on each vehicle, we identify any manufacturer-recommended service requirements and inform our customers accordingly. Per your manufacturer’s recommendations, your serpentine belt was due to be replaced. Please feel free to call me at the shop if you would like to discuss further.
