Now called the Norseman, this place is really close to the temple bar but not as noisy. The food is ok and not as expensive as in other pubs located in the street. You can even enjoy a dinner with your kids if you chose the room upstairs (no kids menu though).

Manager was very rude, racist and used foul language when talking to us. Also probably the most expensive pub in Dublin. Would recommend any bar over this one.

I had dinner with friends at Farringtons upstairs. I loved their interior and the food really good. It's located in the heart of Temple Bar and worth going there for a pint or full dinner.

A hidden gem in Temple Bar, excellent food, great craft beers and friendly staff.

This pub has great food, a good selection of alcoholic drinks and propably some of the friendliest and most fun staff. And to top it off they got great live music going on.

Great central location in the temple bar area. not so crowded like in other bars. great musicians there. you can have coffee, tea with a biscuit as well as wide variety of beers and whiskeys. great counter staff.

Slap bang in the middle of Temple Bar, if I had to have a drink in the area this is probably the spot I'd go to. Less in your face touristy than the Temple Bar or Oliver St John, it's always busy. I've just read on the owners' blurb that they have a 'modern lounge' upstairs. I didn't know that – have to have a look some time soon.

The best Temple Bar pub for those of us wanting a great pint of local or international craft beer.
