The Hyatt was amazing! We were connected to the convention center so we didn't have to go outside to get to our event. The view from our room was amazing! And my friend and I enjoyed the giant jenga and chess sets they had. Beautiful and clean! Still can't get over the view.

The place apparently is recently done and it shows in the cleanliness. The staff seems new so not everyone was familiar with all the process. It could be new years eve but the people hanging in lobby did not seem kid friendly, they could use some more security to keep it moving. Rooms were really clean and nice

Cozy and nice. Location wise, it is close to train (10 min walk) and there is bus stop right in front of it. Rooms and spacious and clean. It is upper-definitely medium class hotel.

It is very nice, has a good restaurant and a coffee place. It is used for conventions, presentations and such. The place is huge. Service is good. However, breakfast is not free and my recent stay was less than optimal because I could clearly hear someone in the next room talking on their cell phone at 6am like they were in my room. So I think my room had paper thin walls.

I stayed here so it would be easier to attend the parade for the Cubs & it was beautiful. Very high end for a great price. The rooms were very clean and up to you. It was a professional environment and I would recommend this to anyone wanting to be around grant park or soldier field. Not far from either. 5/5!!!!

I've attended a convention twice here, and the convention center, as well as rooms, have been in good order. My only problem with the rooms is that it's sometimes easy to hear activity in neighboring rooms since the air ducts are directly connected. I didn't sleep well one night. Besides that, the hotel staff are pleasant, and the rooms were great.

Excellent location for events at McCormick Place. It is also a decent location if you have business in the loop and do not mind taxi or public transit. This is not a location that provides easy access to the Magnificent Mile, Navy Pier, or other tourist locales. If you are in town for shopping or tourist activities, this IS NOT the location for you. The hotel itself is extremely well kept and staff is readily available and seem to be knowledgeable. The rooms are typical in size and amenities, but the condition is very good and the style modern. Housekeeping appears to do a consistently good job when it comes to room upkeep. Parking on-site is easy, clean, and accessible. The rate is high with a lack of other options being a major factor. The gym is top notch with a wide variety and good quantity of high quality machines available. The gym has both a cardio section and weight training section.

Arrived early for our rooms and 1 was ready. They were kind enough to let us check into it but then the fun started... The valet parking was full... The self parking was full... They didn't know where to direct you but then said to use the lot across the street, show them the room key so you could look for a spot. However, when we get there an employee says "lot closed" and no exception even with the key. He says we have to go to another lot (without explaining how to get there) so that lot the hotel told us to use was closed! Finally found lot C and there is little information as to what to do, where best to park (at least there was parking), and how to get back to the hotel. Finally figured it out by ourselves and a little wondering around (before you ask... yes I called the hotel and spoke to two nice people but neither was able to help). I guess I don't understand how you can have 2 rooms but they don't have a parking spot for 1 vehicle...
