As I am unable to be by David's side now, I felt the need to somehow say goodbye in my own way. He was such a special person to me... I will miss all of our weekly conversations and correspondence...

It was not a $190 a night hotel. Had the potential to be but it is filthy. They need to deap clean their rooms and their floors. Breakfast was good and staff is nice.

Wonderful food and staff. Best experience I have ever had. Definitely a place you want to check out in Flagstaff. Very eclectic and awesome ambiance.

This company has the worst reliability and customer service I have ever seen. We hired them to clean our pool which entailed the pool to be drained, acid wash, pool tile bead blasting, and one month of service. The job took twice as long, the equipment failed, and the technician said he actually works for the casino's and was just helping his friend out. After he was done bead blasting the pool tile, he didn't even sweep up nor suction up the glass beads (as his website stresses is so important) so we are left with a pool that feels gritty and looks dirty. Within three weeks our pool was green again, even though we are using their weekly service. Their technician they sent the last time stated that the pool was turning green because it had no chemicals in it. REALLY???? We were paying for weekly service. We tried numerous times to contact the owner and our phone calls were ignored. The owner would only answer the phone when we called from a number that was not familiar to him. Finally, we took a sample of our pool water to an independant supplier and they confirmed that there were NO chemicals in our water and we now have to shock our pool and spend hundreds more to treat a green pool only three weeks after spending a $1000 to correct this problem!!!!!

I set the appointment over a month ago. I put the appointment time into my smart phone calendar and also confirmed the appointment time with office staff a few days before. When I returned the call to confirm the receptionist was in a rush to get off and acted like she didn't know why I was calling back.... this should have been my first clue of the service I would receive. Appearantly, she was not listening very carefully to what I was saying. I drove 45 minutes with a baby to this appointment. I was greated with "You are 30 minutes late" I explained that I had a different time on my calendar, I confirmed, and would not have driven 45 minutes if I knew I was 30 minutes late, I would have just called and rescheduled. The receptionist just sat there shaking her head and hands like so what. She just sat there starring at me as if what else do you want. I have never seen such bad customer relations in a doctors office! There was not even "Sorry for the miscommunication, let me see how quick we can reschedule you" She just sat there starring at me and giving me a rude look. I never got to meet the doctor but I would never go to him with the office staff he employs. I have a feeling that it is his businesses culture... look at his website - the "About Us" page and you will see what I mean.
