I have a 4 level cervical fusion. 5 years later and now I have neural foriminal narrowing on levels C-2 - C-6 + C-7 & T-1 have a subluxation, that is super sharp pain, and spurring on the same levels where the narrowing is.
My left shoulder is now dropping and popping and grinding. I have severe headaches up the back of my skull. I sit in a reclining chair all day long., Riding a bike or even swimming, are things I did in the past. They aggravate it now to the point, of me just being worn out from enduring this so long! 20mg of oxycodone BID masks the pain a little. My osteopath is helpful, but his relief only lasts a couple of days now.
What could I do at this point? That 4 level fusion was tough to recover from.

I had L-4-5 back surgery, that led to bursitis and then terrible S-I joint pain, I tried everything including acupuncture and a gifted osteopath. They both helped with zero side effects, Insurance will not pay for either. I had shots for 10 years. The osteopath then cured it in 5 minutes with his hands! 3 years and no flare up.
The epidural pain relief, lasted 3 weeks at best, Then they tried radio frequency oblation. I could not walk for a month. I did get a year of relief, but the agony of the procedure, combined with the post procedure pain, is something I cannot endure again. There are no clinical trials for radio frequency either.
Just say no to needles~

Good for you!
Dr Kost is on the DCP Medical MJ board and his view is that narcotic doses will be lower, and that both (narcotics & mj) can be prescribed together.
In other words, they work great together for those in chronic pain, like me.

DO NOT DO IT, Radio Frequency followed epidural steroid shots. I was in a wheel chair for 30 days, and ended up in the ER, 2 days after the oblation. There are NO clinical trials on RFO either.

Its pretty tiny of a venue for music. Intimate but adequate. The people that work here were not the most congenial. Something to work on. I saw Culture here and I am going to catch Sawyer Fredricks December 18, 2016. He is wicked unplugged, but his band is pretty awesome too. They do not accommodate people with disabilities as far as seating goes.

They never ring the bell if there is a return receipt. They leave the slip and walk away. Then you have to drive there stand in line and wait. Then they scanned a package coming to me, and said it was delivered on 9/9/13 @ 2:59PM which is a SUNDAY. There is no mail on Sunday. They lost it and now they put me on hold and have not come back. Idiots.... TODAY, 4/16/15, I did not get my SWANSON VITAMIN ORDER. The tracking # says it was delivered at 10:54AM. NOPE! I never got anything, and now SWANSON is going to resend the entire $70.00 order, because the MAIL STINKS....again. The other 3 packages from AMAZON came via UPS and I got them all. WHY DOES UPS bring the packages to USPS? Why not just bring it to my house since it originated with you? Our regular mailman RETIRED....now we have "floaters". The last time this happened, I called, and suddenly, the "floater" was at my door, WITH THE PACKAGE. SO, if I did not call, he would have kept it? How can one not match a number to a number on a home? I am NOT ordering online unless UPS or FED EX brings it. I hope businesses learn how UNRELIABLE USPS MAIL IS. TERRIBLE..... F- is your grade. I received a CHRISTMAS CARD in a POST OFFICE baggie with an APOLOGY written on it because it arrived late and torn open. I just called MADISON-REED to tell them, I DID NOT GET MY ORDER even though the tracking number (handed off to USPS by FED EX) says they scanned the package on 2-13-16, I have NOTHING. Now they are reshipping it and they are by passing USPS since I told them, the post office employees cannot read and they do not know their numbers. Sorry BERNIE SANDERS, I will vote for you, but to let these morons get involved in having any banking is stupid. There should be some kind of monetary sanction on the FEDERAL POST OFFICE scanning then stealing our stuff. They already said one item from last year was found in their WAREHOUSE. Today, December 5, 2016, I open the door and there is my SOAKING WET BOX from AMAZON, passed off to these flunkies who cannot RING THE DOORBELL during a winter storm. (This is what you get with AMAZON PRIME?) The bottom fell through it was that soaked!!!!! "Delivered yesterday. Your package was left near the front door or porch." "NEAR the front door?" We have an overhang on our FRONT PORCH, but the mail-loser decided to leave it on a step where it could be soaked to death and ruined. Forget that they do not even ring the doorbell. Does that cost extra? I use to give the mailman a gift certificate to Subway or Pastrami on Rye for a Christmas thought. This year, I am giving him an envelope with a gift certificate to return to be RETRAINED in common sense. Another call to AMAZON to re-ship because they have decided to interrupt reliable UPS shipping, once it gets to your town. See how many times they did a terrible job for over $30.00 a hour?

Glad this theatre still exists. Its nice to go to a theatre, that has reasonable prices. The people who work here are always polite and helpful. The leaky ceiling really needs to be repaired. The bucket catching the water has run its course.

He has a very unique, hands-on talent. Try him before committing to any surgery, BUT if you have an MRI or CT scan and you have scoliosis, bulging discs or tears, head right to a neurosurgeon. (he who feels it knows it) He told me and my husband, that he has many customers on WORKERS COMPENSATION & he is doing DISABILITY paperwork too! Good to know, as I was paying him out of pocket & then got reimbursed from WC, so this is something new! He resolved my bursitis and my right ankle that was in one of those Herman Munster boots. My cervical spine is doing better now that I have moved on. People with FUSIONS cannot have their necks "cracked", or have "traction". Unfortunately, the "leg yanking" technique, for my SI-L4-5 back area, turned out to end up causing numerous annular tears. (too many to count) I was told. Those reports that come with MRI's and CT scans are not complete. My neurosurgeon does not even look at them. He likes to read it himself while he shows you what is going on. What a great concept the others should adapt. I had a circumferential fusion (3 levels) with 2 artificial disc replacements, as L4 & L5 collapsed. I was scheduled very quickly because of the severity of the damage! The torn discs were leaking into my spinal canal which was causing all the extreme tingling in both legs. I told him this during the summer of 2015, but he continued hands on treatments that were causing more tears and worsening pain. That is when I emailed him that I needed the referral because workers comp requires it. Response: "I cannot write a referral at this time." Honestly? I had (5) more visits approved and he wanted to get paid for them. His bank account was more important to him than my health. I am so disappointed in his bad judgement. He can be helpful but he needs to know when to refer you out, when he can no longer help you. Having no staff is an issue when you need any paperwork, like a referral. He yelled at me for leaving his solo practice, which was unprofessional and just plain mean. When my husband came back with me to pick up the referral, his manners returned. (The referral was not even done! We had to sit and wait 45 minutes, while he typed it up on the template I printed out off the internet) Osteopaths should be able to detect scoliosis. My onset of scoliosis, is from my injury getting worse to the point of my spine feeling like it was going to buckle. First time it was ever noted on an MRI was in December of 2015.

We went to the one in Rutland Vermont, but it is a franchise, so they are all comparable. Thursday nights they have wings for fifty cents each. I ordered 10, and they were so plump and meaty, I only ate 5. I like regular wings with the bone and super HOT. I also had an Absolute, spicy Bloody Mary that was perfect! Wings and Bloody Mary's was just what I was hoping for. The service was fantastic and our waitress was super personable. Off to the "99" in Vernon, today. Going for the calamari I saw the last time.

Love the theater and the lower priced days. The only complaint i have is, it is freezing in these theaters, so I have to layer my clothes, and wear socks with hiking boots. I have had friends tell me the same thing. Even with sweat pants and sweat shirt, on a summers day, they could not wait for the movie to end, because they were so cold.

My 2 level ACDF in 2007, not only did not fuse, it fell apart! Instead of ordering a CT scan he ordered and MRI which did not show the "wiggly screws" and "popped off titanium plate". Hardware interferes with the view so a CT scan is the only way to see broken hardware. Lucky I kept complaining and I ended up at UCONN, where this was all discovered. I also needed the 2 levels above the first ACDF fused, after removing the first broken fusion. 4 levels were fused in 2010 and so far, so good. I called his office to tell them all of this and nobody cares and I never heard from him again.
