"No injuries from swimming." I love to swim, but that statement is a bit false, and my right calf can vouch for that. The amount of times I had my right calf, even sometimes my left, be pulled almost to a point of being torn is crazy. Maybe it was stretching, either too little or too much, or not hydrating enough, or not having enough potassium in my diet. Swim season is over now at my school, but soon I plan on joining a club when tryouts begin, mainly because I enjoy swimming over any other activity. Hopefully I discover what my error was with my calves and can enjoy an injury-less swim workout.
