Good food, good service, pricey wine and cheap wine glasses. We went there when it was becoming very busy, but the service was still very quick and friendly. The Pizza was great, certainly better than most of the other places in the area. The wine list is very comprehensive, but pricey for what it is. The wine glasses are the cheap small kind, which don't really give the best flavor out of the wine. Still well recommended if you want Italian in Dee Why.

Went here twice in one day because the service was so good. Excellent breakfast and coffee, and at the end of the day we had a great dinner here. The service staff worked very hard to bring us our food quickly. The food was very tasty and unique. One of our party had cured Barramundi for breakfast which was very good.

Pretty average service. We have had them come a couple of times to our place. They always turn up late, and never let us know until 5 minutes before they turn up. We had them change a light fitting, and they ended up leaving bits of plastic all over the floor when they left.

Further down is my original review, for transparency. After living in Dee Why for a while, I have realised a few things. Time waits for no man, and pizza from Crust Dee Why takes at least 2 HOURS to be delivered. So far we have not had one pizza delivered from Crust Dee Why that has come on time. Every pizza takes at least 90 minutes to arrive. They have tried to help, but to be honest, there is only so much free garlic bread that you can eat. When they arrive, the pizza is cold, and below par. So I can only assume they have employed people from the special school to make the pizza, and only have one driver to deliver the pizza. I will say NEVER order a pizza from Crust Dee Why. Unless you order at lunch for it to come at dinner. In which case you will probable just about make it. ---- My original review ------ Its not a bad place for Pizza. Miles better than any other chain take out pizza. Delivery does often take over an hour though. As with most pizza places, the pizzas get delivered a little cold, so need heating up. We are actually only 5 minutes walk away, so we are going to go to pick them up from now on. The pizzas are tasty though, and they do always work hard to make sure they get the order right.

We went for breakfast on a Sunday morning, and it was a fairly average experience. The place was being renovated, and had half cut planks of wood against the wall. There were only 2 staff members running the place with about 6 tables full. They seemed to struggle with how we wanted our eggs, (scrambled and poached... no wait how? scrambled and poached). In the end, after explaining that we had an allergy sufferer with us, we had to send food back twice. The food for the rest of us was good enough, but the service was far too snotty for a Sunday morning, and the half finished renovations were a shame.
