I am 27 and I am 5'5. I really hate being short. Is it too late for me to do these exercises and grow taller? I really want to be 2-3 inches taller. I would give almost anything to be average. I wish I hadn't been a lazy couch potato who drank tons of sodas and stayed up till 3 AM when I was a teenager (and all throughout my 20s), falling asleep with the light on. I strongly feel like I ruined myself.

Please help me. Is there any hope for me?
