Welcome to see our cabinet lock lesson. This lesson will show how set up the wire with each other cabinet lock ,how to control the software and series of tutorial .
First of all , please pay attention to use our transformer . Network lock worl in the 5v voltage . It must be use in the 5v otherwise it will very easy to burn the circuit board. Then please pay attention to the longout of the circuit . The power and the RS485 signal lines layout with the method of parallel connection . Please observe , lock body part is the power cord . The RS485 signal lines behind the keypad . Next , you need to check which com port that the usb turn Rs485 transverter use . Please find my computer > attribute >device manager . It will see that transverter use com X . Then open the software , it have appear Coms setting > choose COM 3(it depend on that yo u computer check ) . It will see the Rs485 transverter link with software , the software link will remind successful .
Next step , you must have plan to built the network . For examples , How many area , which area have how many locks . Then open menu : "lockset management" . In this menu , set your plan here . : Like this locks , I have add , type the lockset number , lockset area, lockset address .This part ,the most imortant thing is lockset address . It is set like : 1,2,3,4,5,6,7.....10000 . This is very imortant . Each lock must have only one address . The lock need most add to the software one by one . Because the lock when we produce about it , the orginal address is 65525 . So when you add the new lock , you must take away away the other lock . It avoid the address clash . When you have planed the list then remember the address that you want to use , like lockset address .
1. Back to the settings , and choose > Lockset setting > lockset add parameters settings >please see the orignal lockset address : 65525 , type the address . "1 " , remember that the address that you plan to set ? Lock the address , and let the :"65525" to be "1" ,or "2" or "3" . Then choose " alter single lockset " . it will appear successfully . If not ,please check the RS485 to the lock keypad wire right or not . Please pay attention the positive and negative . Follow the last step , one by one to add other lock . Remember add the new lock one by one , don't put all the lock into the PCB to add . At this moment ,you will see the logo here . It have link the lock .Use the right mouse click here it control each lock open and close . It also could adjust the automatic lock time here .The software have the funtion to control all the lock open together . and close together .You could see here , all the lock open and close together .
This is "electronic key management ". This funtion you could add the password and card here . You could open the menu here . You could see different permission here . "system card " "manager card '' " server card " " custom card " . Please check your hand 's Ic card . It have some card number in the face of the card . Please type the card number in here . Please choose the permission card here . Type the card number here .Then choose the lock that you want to add the card type the lockset address . Write down the name ,phone ,department . Final "add "
then "yes " . In this part , you need to choose the right "Ic card (M1 card )" . And choose the right lock and address here . Then choose "add " . This "Electronic key managerment " also could add password and change passwork here . Choose " key function type " , In have " system password " , "admin password ", " user password". Choose the password that you want to add . Choose the lockset number .Keypoint : Please remember write the right lockset address . Then write the name ,phone number , deparmenet again . Final choose "add" . So you could use password to open the lock . Also you could choose delete , and change password here .
About unlocking records ,
You could choose the query , this funtion help you check the record . Like , serial number , lockset number , lockset area, lockset address , unlocking time, unlocking date , key funcion type , record attribute , user name, user department .
