I've been experimenting to find a perfect post-workout smoothie that requires no powders or mixes- just good old real food. This ones pretty good but lately I've been trying to up it's power with added spinach...I'm wondering how good it would taste with beets as well.

Does anyone else have an aversion to powder-based smoothies and know a great recipe for post-workout recovery shake?

Some time ago now I got it into my head that I wanted to learn to do a really good, solid handstand...this article has totally got me back on that dream.

I might have to start incorporating some handstand practice into my morning rituals...

One of the most valuable things I have learned on my journey to a healthier and fitter me, is how to recover when I fall off the wagon and have a lazy day of junk-food. Going easy on myself and thinking that one-day of rubbish out of many days of health won't damage me, really takes the pressure off and gets me looking ahead to the great days that can follow.

What tricks do you all use to re-motivate yourself when you have a bad day?
