In recent news, hackers have been finding news ways to attack companies through their technology. Now in the news this past week, they have been targeting shipping and logistics firms using a Scanner that is filled to the brim with malware. The way it works is simple: The hacker goes to a specific logistics firm. There, he scans a certain product or item using his malware-laden scanner and takes that code, and uploads it to their database. From here, the malware spreads throughout their network, giving the hacker the benefit of taking down their network, or accessing information. Last week, Amazon asked the FAA for permission to test out their delivery drones. A few months back, as you may have read, we posted an article about Amazon's new way of delivering products to you: through the sky. They have been developing delivery drones that can deliver packages in less than 30 minutes, no matter where they are coming from. The FAA, doesn't think it is a good idea and had previously blatantly told them "NO.", but nonetheless, Amazon keeps pushing the idea on them.
