This is a really good piece of advice. I'll have to follow this in my reports about the experiment data when I return to work.

Interesting post, but I do not agree with your statement that 'Disrupting changes come through iterations." Many people get angry when a big change comes so suddenly that they have to re-learn and adapt to everything (think KDE4, Gnome3, Windows8 mobile interface). It is definitely more impacting when you get all the changes at once, but I think making the changes in iterations and letting the users learn and adapt to them as they come is a good idea. It takes a bit longer for all the changes to come, but on the other hand, if you only deliver in parts, maybe you are able to deliver them sooner than if you had to wait until everything was finished.

"And not only that, but we also rejoice in our afflictions, because we know that affliction produces endurance, endurance produces proven character, and proven character produces hope." Romans 5:3-4

I definitely need to remember this while I am at work.

I had no idea Nuclear power used that much water... I knew it took a lot of water, but these numbers are far above what I thought. Since my focus in on water conservation, I have to say that the current state of Nuclear is no longer on my list of desirable energy sources....
