I have thoroughly discussed your concerns with my staff and to get a good understanding of your particular situation. I do know that you have only visited our clinic one time to see one of our medical providers and it is not common to have to wait 30 minutes to be seen. Unfortunately on that day there was a serious medical concern that was being addressed which pushed back our medical schedule a little bit. We truly value all of our patients time and try to avoid delays at all costs but we also want to make sure that our providers are very thorough especially during a serious medical situation.
Regarding the phone conversations that you may have overheard it is an office policy that we confirm all upcoming appointments and our staff works very hard to always strive to show the utmost professionalism in doing so.
On another note I was also made aware that you were upset with an email that was sent out to all of our patients discussing a procedure we perform in the office. It was communicated to us from our corporate office that you were attempting to demand a payment from us because you stated that the content in the email was "illegal" and that you had friends that would sue us unless we paid you money. In all my years in medical practices I have never come across this but just for clarification all of our content was 100% legal and in the email in question the source of the article we discussed was notated so I was unclear where your concern came from. I know my staff personally reached out to you on this matter as well.
