I would encourage anyone looking for a dentist to skip Turley Dental Center and go...well, almost anywhere else. I'm just sorry it took me so long to see through the facade and notice the rapid decline. Might be the right thing to do to be proactive and tell patients you had a batch of bad cement rather than wait until a second crown pops off (in a 3 week span) to disclose that information. Looking back, it seems I probably stayed a few years too long with Turley Dental care, gave too many chances in terms of customer service/billing and quality of work and materials. I even referred friends to Turley Dental - some of whom them for a while then left due to not being pleased - I guess I should have seen the signs then. I didn't believe them when they told me some of their experiences, supposing they were exaggerating - I see now exactly what they were talking about. Looking around today (at my final visit) for "warranty" work from my failed crown, since I had a bit of waiting time, I also realized how the upkeep of the office and the exam rooms has declined over the recent years - basic signs with broken frames and a downed sign leaning against the wall in the exam room where I was placed. Swap bottled water for your patients with a water cooler and cups (I'm sure there are justifiable ecological and economical benefits), but please, by all means, keep the Keurig flowing - we all know the dental benefits of coffee...(Isn't that a little like a doctor's waiting area serving donuts or fries?) Trust me, people notice changes. But if the prize giveaways and coffee help keep the appointment book full, you'll be fine. It's apparent you have your fans - I'm just not one of them.

It was apparently too much to ask to be informed that bad cement was potentially used during a procedure until AFTER the failure of 2 crowns (No mention of it after the first one popped off, only fessed up after a 2nd one popped off 3 weeks later). I realize they don't make the cement, but I expected some moral / ethical behavior about being informed regarding its potential use on me. I regret giving Dr. Turley's office about 7 years of my business, but fortunately, I finally caught on to their "true colors" in the last year or so. When the phony smiles and shine of the office started to fade and the cutting costs and corners become evident, it's easy to see this is not a quality place to go. See through the facade and save your money/benefits - find another dentist.

Have had a few instances of failed dental work that required "warranty" follow up. At times, doctors seem to rush (comparing similar or identical procedures from one visit to a following visit) I've observed a front office staff member act condescendingly toward a walk in patient with Medicaid - thinking no one saw her, but it was in plain sight of me (fortunately the patient didn't see or hear the staff member's behavior). Billing has been interesting over the decade of my care with payment being requested with numerous follow up repayment checks to me from the office for overcharges. They do try to be accommodating, but I'm never sure what to expect from the work or billing procedures. I'll continue to go to avoid the hassles of switching dentists, but that "Voted Best" dentist and the fleet of dentists under his practice are becoming more tempting every day.

The time and expertise given by the staff made me feel relieved and secure knowing that I was in good hands! I am planning to make this practice my new dental care facility. I left feeling well-taken care of. And everyone was over-the-top nice.

Excellent from start to finish! I have to say I was not expecting the level of customer service that I received from every staff member that I dealt with. From setting the appointment to paying my bill everything went smoothly, ran ahead of schedule and presented zero surprises. Going to the dentist in this office was an experience that I would like to replicate in our business. Nice job! 6 Months have gone by since my last visit and received the same excellent service at trip number two. This office has amazing systems and procedures in place to keep everything running smoothly... And a staff that is second to none.

Have been a customer with Turley for about 4 years and have had great experiences with Dr. Hirt and Dr. Abeln. Dr. Abeln was particularly personable and seemed to really care. They have TVs in each exam room and you can watch whatever you'd like during cleanings (and procedures I'm assuming). They are a bit pricier than dentists I've seen in the past, but updated technology and facilities seem to make it worth it.
