VidOn.me's AV200 Android Blu-ray box is a $120 option with one unique feature: it supports Blu-ray menu navigation. How useful is this feature and how often will you use it? Does it justify…

Of course, there are tons of other creative uses for floppy disks, from lunch boxes to earrings. A quick search on Pinterest or Google for 'recycled floppy disk' will throw up more results than you…

Video has become an incredibly common part of everyday life. People take videos on smartphones, upload them via YouTube, and share them on Facebook. You'd think, then, that free video editors would be common, but it turns out the selection is limited for anyone not blessed with Mac OS X (and, as a result, access to…

If I offered you a way to protect your car from ever getting stolen, or your house from ever getting broken into, would you pay me for it? Lots of people would -- for many people, their brand is just as important as anything else. This is why Chinese domain name scams have become so…

Windows 8 is supposed to be the first version of Windows that's not just tied to a PC. Some of the broad outlines were visible with Windows 8, but Microsoft took it even further with Windows 8.1. The end vision is that you'll be able to log into any PC and have your files, settings,…

Your computer may be killing you. That sounds like hyperbole but the sad truth is that many people are losing years off of their lives due to improper computer usage. Eye damage, spinal issues, muscle atrophy, and weight gain are just some of the problems that may affect you, if not now, then later down…

Your data may be vulnerable and you may not even know it. The truth of the matter is, most people practice bad security habits on a day-to-day basis, leaving themselves susceptible to data hackers and thieves. If you think this doesn't apply to you, you may want to think again. That's the kind of attitude…

Has great selection of gelato's, good food, coffee's and granita (during the summer). I found the staff friendly, and able to approach owners and staff with question on what goes in the food and get friendly responds. Good place to read a book, do homework or meet up with friends. Downside WiFi not available to costumers.
