They must be doing something right as I have bought 3 new cars there in the last 2 years. I know there may be a bad salesmen in any dealership that produces a negative event, so you can just walk away. However at Lokey, I have always been fortunate to work with Salesmen like Mr. Gass who made me feel comfortable with my entire transaction. He is an asset to the company and I plan to return in the future. My contacts with Chuck and Anthony in the service department have always been pleasant. I sense from our visits they really seem to enjoy working there and helping people. Every employee I walk by gives a smile and friendly greeting. Yes, I will be back !

This is the second Nissan I have purchased from Lokey Nissan and salesman George Agostino. The level of customer service you receive from George makes the car buying experience so pleasant because you know he truly wants you to be happy with your car and price. George goes the extra mile, on my last Nissan purchase I was looking for a particular color and trim package and George found exactly what I wanted and delivered the new car within 24 hours. That is going the extra mile. After my 2 car purchases George is always available to answer any questions I have regarding my car or warranty. I will purchase my next vehicle from Lokey Nissan but specifically George Agostino!

Came in to the dealership, and got completely lied to in my face. My fiancé was in to buy a veh and got nice trade figures, the newer salesman who helped us after the older one decided to ditch us was doing the best he could.... Then when it came to presenting numbers Angelo decided to lie to me about how banks work, I worked for multiple dealerships as a SALESMAN, I knew how banks worked and what to do to get customers done, instead he taught hey, let me play the switch game and get spiffs and bonuses on selling them new compared to used... Just wow, he is the definition of a used car salesman, and it's people like him that give us sales consultants a bad name... Oh yeah, my fiancé also emailed the manager and never got a reply....

We bought a truck from here after hours of ridiculous negotiation. After getting home they sent us an email stating they miss calculated our extended protection plan and they owed us 655$!! We just had to sign a release for the money. This was completed on JULY 1st. One week later we got a bs letter saying they were holding our registration basically hostage because we owed them another 13$ toward it. Here we are now on AUGUST 25th and we still have not received our money we were told it would take 4-6 weeks it's now been 8. We have contacted the finance person who has not returned our calls or emails Because he apparently works at another one of the dealers now, we've called the dealership who told us they don't have anyone by the name of the person who sent us the release forms, and everytime we request to talk to someone about the matter we are transferred to a voicemail that never returns our call. We contact out sales guy who is supposed to give us an answer today on what is going on and if that answer is not received TODAY out next step will be 8 on your side as well as consumer wise. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

This was the first vehicle I purchased from Nissan, everyone was very nice and not pushy at all. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends. I got a great deal on my new car and will definitely be going back when it's time to get a new car! George Agostino was the one that helped me and he was great!

I have bought 2 vehicles and had a friend also buy a vehicle from Lokey Nissan and will go back again! They are the best dealership around!!! I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. From purchasing to maintenance they superceed all others. Very friendly and fast. They really care about their customers.

I had an appointment set. Came in about 5 minutes after the set time and the salesman I was set with was already on to another couple. We waited 30 minutes for another salesman to come help us. When I called earlier that day they said they would have the car pulled up and ready for me to drive. Keys waiting an all. They took another half hour trying to find the car and then the keys. Total waist of my time! Durning that time they ran my credit and quoted me a very fair price on my trade in. I can say the young newer salesman that helped us did his best, but just wasn't as knowledgable. When Angelo finally came over to us he say down and lied right to our faces. He didn't show me my credit report, he didn't introduce himself, he just sat down and basically said we can't help you. He then tried to put me in a car that was 3 TIMES my price range! Saying that was my only option was to get in a brand new car!!!!! He just wanted his extra spiffs money! Totally in professional. We walked out after that! I got an email from the sales manager asking about my experience, I told him about the same thing I wrote on here.... 3 weeks later still nothing!!!!

I love this dealership! Their price for oil changes and maintenance are very reasonable. Their customer service is exceptional! Before we moved, my entire family would use Lokey Nissan for all of their car needs.
