What’s a maven? According to wikipedia, it’s “a trusted expert in a particular field, who seeks to pass knowledge on to others.” I try to live up to that definition with the goal of finding and providing useful information.

I delight customers and offer awesomely responsive customer service by providing cross-channel support and solve problems creatively. Need a "MacGyver" solution or a fully-baked business plan? I can do both.

I have 10+ years of experience in Technology Management and Leadership, an MBA and participation in multiple startups. I have a consistent record of developing IT and CRM/KM solutions that produce quantifiable results and have produced measurable performance improvement for global call center teams. I've also built sizable LinkedIn groups, one of which currently has over 4000 members.
