The owner was the only rude person I had to deal with. She is very unprofessional she comes in late for my appointment on her phone yelling at someone. The receptionist didn't welcome me in nor did she tell me why the owner that is doing my appointment is 30 minutes late. Then rushes through my hair laser appointment because she has another appointment that has also just walked in. While doing my laser she is like hurry lets do this fast as in rushing me, when she was late!!! I did my bikini line and when she was applying gel without gloves!! Then I ask her for when I should make my next appointment she tells me that they are closing and moving else where and I go omg thats crazy where to? She tells me NY then goes yup the party is over! What party?? I'm a paying customer this wasn't some kind of party? Now I have to last appointments that I'm going to have to fight her to refund me because I am not agreeing to traveling to NY! And to top that off she then asks me if I was going to do a new package for my armpits! She is nuts! If anyone sees these reviews please don't waste your money!!!!!! The owner is very rude with a very nasty attitude.

I just had a the most wondeful deep tissue massage with Meliton! Wonderful service at this spa! I went to this salon based on location (close to my home) and for groupon price for laser hair removal.  I did my research beforehand - found they have very competitive pricing on laser hair removal.  They have you read and sign paperwork with cautions of laser hair removal and as any place can only guarantee 80 % hair removal.  They also pointed out if go thru hormonal changes - it can grow back, also even noted that lip-chin may take longer than 6 visits included in package.  Laser works best on fair skin with dark hair - do your research.I have done laser hair removal on underarm, high bikini, legs, and lip chin.  I'm very pleased with results!  I'm adding on additional lip chin because as they had already pointed out - that may take more treatments.I shave once a week out of habit but hardly see any hair on my legs and bikinia area now.   I really dont look at my underarm much. My friend was quite impressed with my results and wants to do her legs too. The staff is always very nice to me.  I prefer Krista for laser hair removal - She is most experienced besides owner. The owner Patty works very very hard. She does have a strong personality but I always pay for my treatments in full up front on my credit card and she has been very accommodating even when I need to change appointments. Definitely recommend for laser hair removal results!! Reminder -make sure to put on hydrocortizone after treatment - I have to do this on my legs otherwise get allergic reaction on legs after treatment - a zytec before and hydrocortisone right after treatment and  for one - two days after is the trick ;) And Melaton gives a wonderful deep tissue massage!

I purchased 6 Laser Hair removal sessions. The results were almost non-existing. The owner was honoring a Groupon price. After research, I discovered her pricing was higher than other offers at different locations. Needless to say, if the outcome of the laser had been a successful one, the price would not have been an issue. The owner kept assuring me that her process was better and more successful than other lasers. Which was not the case. I called back to advise that after the treatment there was little to nothing accomplished. I was told I would have to purchase additional sesssions. Why would I purchase additional sessions when they did not work the first time? The owner says she uses a YAG laser which should not be used without supervision of a doctor in the state of NJ. Overall the experience was not a good one.

I go to Krista every few weeks to get my eyebrows done and she does a fantastic job and she also does laser hair removal! Prices arent crazy expensive like every other spa, which for me is the biggest bonus! I'd suggest Justine for the hair removal though the way she massages you during it makes it painless! I love my hair-less legs (:

bought a groupon for laser hair removal.. my first two visits I had gina & krista (krista apparently no longer works there) and saw results. The rest of my visits I had the owner patricia and saw no further results.. not to mention that she burned me. Some of the employees here are great but the owner clearly doesn't care about her clients or getting them results.

While the services are good, the professionalism at this spa is atrocious. Being a small business owner myself, the owner is the face of the business. Not only was I subject to unprofessional behavior, but customers in the store were treated disrespectfully. The owner would routinely shout across the room about how 'it wasn't her problem' and that customers should just 'deal with it'. I do not plan to return and recommend others steer clear.

Take My Advice - DO NOT GO HERE! My daughter and I purchased Groupon coupons for a full body salt scrub, 1 hr massage, mani, pedi and 1 hr facial. If you purchase this, please be aware that you MUST sign their form that you agree to pay tax & gratuity on the full price of $420! If the servce is good or bad they expect you to pay this! We arrived 20 mins early and I was taken to the salt scrub soon after I completed my profile, however, my daughter waited 45 mins to get started, the staff never said anything to her. While the salt scrub and massage were wonderful, the wait in between services was very long. We were scheduled to have our services last 3.5 hours but 6 hours later we were leaving! We booked the appt 2 weeks in advance, so why were they not prepared for this? There was only one staff doing the mani pedi and I waited at least 30 mins for her to get done with another client, my daughter waited 45 mins for her to finish mine before it was her turn. The same esthetician did both of our facials but because it was close to closing the spa for the day she rushed thru my daughters facial. My daughter only got 25 mins of an hour facial, she was not informed of the products that were used on her skin or given any product recommendation as is a normal practice! While she was getting her facial another staff member came in the room to fondle thru the room for at least 10 mins! My daughter still had product on her face when she was done! We cannot say enough of how poorly the day was handled since we had the courtesy of arriving early. My daughter called to talk to the owner the next day to tell her what happened. She told my daughter that she talked to her staff during the day and they said everything was running good. Funny, because the staff mentioned to me that they like when the owner is NOT there, it is so much more relaxed and runs smoothly! Guess they have all been under the steam (facial) too long! The owner did not seem to care and offered my daughter a free 30 minute massage, useless when you have to travel for an hour. So, think twice before choosing this salon, only go if you have lots of time to waste sitting and waiting and you want to pay tax and gratuity for poor service!
