I'm a reporter and anchor at WESH 2 News in Orlando, Fla.
Introduction

Stewart Moore anchors WESH 2 News on the weekends and reports during the week. He joined the WESH 2 News team in August 2011. He is originally from Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Before joining WESH, Stewart worked as the morning anchor for WIS in Columbia, South Carolina and WTXL in Tallahassee, Florida. At WTXL, he began reporting and anchoring while still in college at Florida State University. He majored in creative writing and minored in communications. Stewart also interned at CNN in Atlanta.

Stewart has won awards for consumer reporting on the life of a South Carolina shrimper, and he’s followed politicians as they asked for the vote; first in South Carolina during the 2008 presidential race-- interviewing President Barack Obama, Senator John McCain and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton; and here in central Florida, interviewing former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney in 2012.

Stewart considers himself a news junkie, but during football season everything takes a backseat to his ‘Noles.
