We hosted our annual Bridging the Gap Resource Fair for our Napier Place and Sudekum Apartments residents. In addition to providing families all of the fixin’s for their holiday meal, community partners offered free vaccinations and health and wellness checks. The event also included a computer station, live music, dance performances and healthy snacks. Special thanks to our core partners for this event: Neighborhood Health, +Pruitt's Discount Pharmacy and +Nashville Public Library. #Nashville #healthandwellness

We are now accepting applications for our 2018 Rental Rehabilitation Loan Program, which is designed to assist property owners with rehabilitating substandard properties. The program helps preserve affordable housing by requiring landlords who receive assistance to lease to tenants with incomes at or below 80 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI) at Section 8 Fair Market Rents for a minimum of 10 years. http://bit.ly/2yKvT7U #Nashville #affordablehousing

What an exciting day! Jim Cooper, Mayor David Briley, Brett Withers for Council District 6, Ralph Perrey of Tennessee Housing Development Agency, Mark Dominick of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Cayce Place residents and stakeholders joined us as we broke ground today on our fourth residential construction and third mixed-income development of Envision Cayce! One hundred one apartments will be built along South Sixth St. and Lenore St., and 45 of those units will house our Cayce Place families. The remaining units will be a mix of workforce and market rate. The project is expected to be complete by the end of 2019. http://bit.ly/2StBurD #EnvisionCayce #Nashville
