Apart from the “fun” element of strength training, there is also the “not so fun” aspect that is really important.

In order to stay healthy and pain free one MUST devote significant amount of time to mobility, stretching and activation🤛🏼🤙👐

I spend at least 15min preparing my wrists for handstand practice. Why? Because I wasn’t born with mobile wrists and they bloody hurt if I don’t 😏

Meet the #fitin2it #kettlebell family. Don’t be frightened by them, although approach with caution and definitely handle with care.

You can get angry, swear and curse them all you like, they will never be offended 💪🤣 Perfect toy for a new age and independent woman.

Oh yeah and they turn weak women into #strongwomen🔥🤸‍♀️🤩
