Fashion over 50 today is sharing a body shaper company. Have you tried any body shapers? They really do make a difference. I've tried these out and they are comfortable and smooth out the back bulges in more form fitting clothes. Check out the before and after pics!

Recapping the first part of my Carnival Cruise Line cruise on the Breeze. I'll have lots more to share, but this is the start. What a fun time in the Southern Caribbean with breezes blowing and sunshine awaiting! I dearly love cruising!

I visited the Atlanta gift show at the Mart before I left on my cruise. It's always fun to browse down there, even though we barely scratched the surface of all the floors and magnitude of design inspiration that is there at Americasmart. Always fun to visit and shop the sample sales!

I love the mix of vintage and new in my home and have been decorating like this for years. Older pieces have such character and it's a great way to add uniqueness to your spaces. I know lots of you shop this way too and today I'm sharing some of my favorite finds over the years in older vintage and true antiques pieces!

In case you've ever wondered what it would be like to live in a 250 year old French farmhouse, here's your chance to find out. Check out Our French Oasis on Feature Friday today and see how this British family of 7 live in the French countryside with history and nature surrounding them. Sounds wonderful to me!

I've been going to Dr. Dale for 10 months and had pretty severe hip pain (stemming from my back). Dr. Dale has been adjusting my back and hip, along with getting me on some natural supplements that have helped my pain tremendously. The pain is almost gone now and I'm feeling so much better since I started with him. I continue to go once a month for maintenance. He's very approachable and knowledgeable about how the body works.
