interesting
I think this sums up the customer service differences of @HailoLondon vs @uber perfectly.  To put it into context - Hailo at no point showed me a £10 min. fair applied to my £6 ride (confirmed with the taxi driver).  Uber's on the other hand wasn't actually about surge pricing which I was fine about - but rather that the driver had taken a long route round as he had gotten slightly lost.

Worth noting that it took from 6pm to 11am the next day for the arsey Hailo reply yet just over 1hr for the Uber one.

Hey +Vic Gundotra & +Bradley Horowitz: is there a way for me to combine my jason@calacanis.com, jasoncalacans@gmail.com and jason@inside.com G+ accounts? or, a way to forward people to one? I've got three social graphs right now!

tl;dr: looking to acui-hire a team.
-----------
Many of you know I’m working on my new startup www.Inside.com

I’m pre-launch and loving it!

You can follow the project: https://angel.co/inside and http://www.twitter.com/inside. The beta will be this summer and launch in the fall (fingers crossed).

It’s going amazing, and it feels like everything I’ve built in my entire life -- from Silicon Alley Reporter to Engadget to TechCrunch50/LAUNCH to This Week in Startups -- have all lead up to this.

Over the last two weeks I showed the early designs to five of the most important, intelligent and savvy people in our industry. They were all blown away, with all but one asking to invest on the spot.

Awesome.

It's going so well I need another 3-5 developers.

Does anyone know a small iOS and/or web development team in Los Angeles that wants to be acqui-hired and work on a project that is guaranteed to scale and become a huge hit? Seriously we have the product tested and it's off the charts. It's going to be somewhere between a hit and groundbreaking.

If you do know a killer startup that's out of steam but has learned a lot and wants to have a huge win, reach out to me.
