Wonderful experience. Food was good. At one point when the main course was served, my wife commented her steak was slightly under cooked to her liking (in her defense it was medium at best and not her requested medium-well). The manager stopped by our table twice. The first to make sure everything was OK which my wife said it was. The second time to sincerely offer to have a new steak cooked to her liking. My wife accepted and our dinner experience turned out all the better for it. Reservations strongly suggested since it does seem to get pretty busy. I would recommend this restaurant / location to anyone interested in a stress free night out. Also drinks were made to our liking... Nice and strong!

Make reservations if you are going for dinner. The bang bang shrimp is by far the most popular and delicious appetizer. Most people will absolutely love this place. I am extremely picky about seafood and prefer it from the ocean and never frozen but this is the next best thing. I am always full of salad, bread, and bang bang shrimp by the time the meal arrives so maybe I need to consider that next time I go.

This is a good place for above average food and service. One said it was pedestrian but it is better then that. The seafood is fresh and the filet is very good. The service wants to please and I leave happy. I just don't get the big deal they make over the "Bang Bang Shrimp.

I had high hopes for this place after receiving quite a few coupons in the mail. We came here for a business lunch and I wasn't overly impressed. Some of the lunch choices didn't seem to come with much food. The waiter seemed overwhelmed and forgot my meal which I figured he had to go back and ask the kitchen for because my fish and chips were smoldering and greasy. The menu options seemed scarce for a chain restaurant. Overall, service could be a bit better food portions were slim and choices were lacking. I didn't see a check so I can't comment on the price.

Tonight got fish n chips to go -- 2 orders and substituted veggies for chips. Got home all way to Apex and missing everything but fish. Hungry after work. Called and guy just said sorry. Not much dinner for the price!!!

Great place to eat. Loved the Chilean sea bass. Great place to bring clients also but make reservations in advance, place gets busy.

The Food was great and the Manager was excellent. She resolve all problems we had with orders. My disappointment was with the hostess. She did not smile and acted as if we were disturbing her. My wife and I enter and saw a booth open. We asked if we could be seated at the booth. The hostess replied we keep the booths open for parties of three or more. She then set us at a table that was to small to hold our meals. Later, other couples, two men, two women, one man and one woman enter and was seated at a booth. As you might guess I am black and the ones seated at the booth were white. I am hoping that in this time and day, that racial profiling had nothing to do with it. I am hoping she thought we were only going to order a little bit of food so we did not need a larger table. Still the food was great. I did not comment to the manager when I was leaving because she was helping someone else what their complaint.

We were pleasantly surprised. At first the menu selection looked a bit sparse and I had a food sensitivity issue to resolve. The server had the manager come to talk us, who explained that we could turn an appetizer into a main meal for a $6 upcharge, which added a salad and a side. This worked out perfectly for both of us. I got the Coconut Shrimp and my wife ordered Crabcakes. We don't have big guts to fill and the portions were more than adequate. Talk about tasty! Very well seasoned and perfectly cooked. The crabcakes were as impressive as I have experienced in a long time. At least 95% crabmeat, did not even notice any filler. I still had just enough room for the brownie w/ice cream which was decadently delicious. Another nice surprise. We never had to signal for the server to refill our glasses or anything else. We probably required more attention than most would need, but she never appeared flustered or impatient despite having other tables to attend to. Thanks Lauren.
