"Over the last 8 months I’ve been fortunate enough to be a part of two of the firm’s largest strategy engagements. I have been able to consult for a Fortune 500 manufacturing company as well as a $3B distribution company in the pharmaceuticals industry. Throughout these projects I’ve consulted for a major strategic turnaround, conducted preliminary steps towards an acquisition, and evaluated company-wide efficiencies and supply chain processes."

"Our recommendation? Do less! Consistently, we at Ed Direction have observed that a narrow focus on Evidence-Based Instructional Strategies returns the greatest improvement in student outcomes. Teachers who work to implement a single but high-yielding instructional strategy with fidelity have a greater impact on outcomes than those who attempt to implement multiple strategies simultaneously. In this case, less is literally more."

"I came to Cicero straight out of undergrad. I had spent quite a bit of time getting to know consulting firms and preparing for case interviews. Cicero was the right pick for me because it balanced the top-tier performance of consulting with family life. Cicero’s process of feedback during the interview process helped my decision too. Mid-interview they told me what I had done right and wrong. I’ve been able to significantly accelerate my personal growth because of that feedback culture.'

"Data has quickly become one of the most important aspects of achieving a competitive advantage in business. Creating a business where data are leveraged to create real value is the ultimate goal. A “data-driven business” is one where data is a basic requirement for business, a value-generator rather than a cost line item of the balance sheet. This is more challenging than it seems, but it can be done. We’ve identified “5 Pillars of a Data-driven Business” that serve as a framework for creating real value from business data."
