WOW on customer service! I bought a new CR-V a few months ago from them. Our other car is a 2012 Civic from a dealer out of state. We made a service appointment for that 2012 Civic and Michelle, who we bought our new CR-V from, called to make sure everything was okay with our new CR-V. She recognized the phone number we used to make the service appointment for the 2012 civic and was concerned there was an issue with the new CR-V. That level of customer service and care is rare these days! Really impressed. They seem very dedicated to customer service. Thanks Michelle for being so attentive.

I had a great experience at Honda City. There was no pressure and everyone very seemed knowledgable. I specifically worked with Arthur J and Nick, who I was absolutely impressed with. I highly recommend seeking one of them out if you head in.

I went in for a routine oil change on 08/13/13 at 6:40pm. The young man who had assisted me, Dan was extremely professional, considerate and informed me that I actually didn't need the service yet. I thought every 5000 miles it was necessary. Dan then showed me how to find the information through the cars electronics. Dan not only saved me a lot of needed time but the cost of the actual oil change. Believe me after the 18 hour flights from Venezuela, the last thing I wanted to do was sit and wait. I have never experienced this kind of service except perhaps at a fine dining restaurant. This young man is a true benefit to Schlossmann's Honda City Service and I look forward to my next needed visit. Thank You, Dan! Please forward this to Dan in your service department.

Not under any circumstance would I ever return to this Honda dealership for any services. I took my car in for a simple oil change that took an hour and 30 minutes. When I got my car back there were scratches on my passenger front and back door. The service director Fred Barckley III was very rude, basically called me a liar to my face. BY FAR THE WORST PLACE I have ever been to, to get my car serviced. From now on I will be going to the Toyota dealership that is right across the street.

This is only for the first service exp. at Schlossmann, my exp. with Sales was pretty good and happy with the purchase and overall exp. I had an appointment for installing a product on the car. Was initially told it could take up to 4 hours for the complete work. I accordingly booked time for 8 am to get everything completed by 12. During drop-off, was told by service rep it could take 2-2.5 hours to complete the work. I started calling 3.5 hours later and know the status and it could take another 1-2 hours because of (apparently) other appointments before me. Why the mis-information in the first place? No communication or any apology for setting wrong expectations. I will revise my rating based on my other experiences with the services in the future.

Just purchased a Honda Odyssey. Worked with Andrew Hetrick. Andrew was very knowledgeable about the different year models, trim, and condition of various used cars. He valued my time as a customer. The vehicles were in excellent condition as well - the vehicle I purchased looked very well taken car of, could have been brand new! Used cars at other dealers were in very "used shape" despite being the same age. I looked at model year 2012 Odysseys at 2 other dealers before Honda City. At 1 competitor dealer, the car smelled like it was trying to mask something, and there was some damage on the interior door (which the salesman couldn't explain... didn't even seem to car to try...). At another dealer they took way too long at everything... I knew I wanted to get an Odyssey yet it felt like time dragged on as they went through paperwork with me... all I wanted was a test drive and to look at the car. Schlossmann Honda City was much better than both of these competitors; I'm glad I supported their business.

Honestly, i specifically made a gmail account to review this place!!!!! worst service I've ever had. We have a rebuilt salvage title honda civic. We came in to this honda to see why for some resin our wipers were moving a bit up when we turned tot he right. Anyways to make a long story short, they told us basically that our car was in need of may repairs etc but that to fix the wiper problem we would need to replace entire electric harness blah blah...basically expensive like minimum they said was 1000. So obviously that day we opted to not get it fixed. so anyways they charged us 105 to tell us thats what we needed. So we left obviously not happy but okay. We get into the parking lot turn on our car and now the wipers don't work. So we go back in once to say what they did with the car and if they maybe moved something while checking it. I was not mad but just wanted to know if they on accident did something. Mercedes, the service host ( also read somewhere that she did not give good customer service in other reviews) told us " well we didn't do move anything in your car you need to get it replaced" basically ' not our problem" . To this i just said okay i mean maybe it was us but this is not how we brought the car because at least before the wipers still moved. Anyways we went back tot he car and were leaving when i turned the right signal and now that didn't work. So now this time we were more upset because this was definitely not the problem when we went in. So i told Mercedes that we were not asking her to fix the car but just to give the car back to us to how we originally had it. in other words thanks for letting us know my car sucked but i just paid 105 for this honda service of them to mess up my car even more. She continued to say that it was not their fault etc. so we asked to speak to the manager who said he would look at it. In the end they kind of fixed it to how it was when we brought the car in but i def was highly upset that i bring my car to know whats wrong with it not for someone to mess up my car even more....... Overall terrible customer service and i agree with a the bad reviews on here that also say to stay away from mercedes. Im really not one to write reviews at all and actually this happened about a month ago now, the only reason im writing this now is because we since then have gone to boyland honda (here they told us two different families own the honda dealers) and it just made me mad that for the same service they onlyl charge 55 and completely different opinion. Nevertheless will never come back here to buy a car...going to bogland or another honda to look for a new 0 mile car!
