Honestly, i specifically made a gmail account to review this place!!!!! worst service I've ever had. We have a rebuilt salvage title honda civic. We came in to this honda to see why for some resin our wipers were moving a bit up when we turned tot he right. Anyways to make a long story short, they told us basically that our car was in need of may repairs etc but that to fix the wiper problem we would need to replace entire electric harness blah blah...basically expensive like minimum they said was 1000. So obviously that day we opted to not get it fixed. so anyways they charged us 105 to tell us thats what we needed. So we left obviously not happy but okay. We get into the parking lot turn on our car and now the wipers don't work. So we go back in once to say what they did with the car and if they maybe moved something while checking it. I was not mad but just wanted to know if they on accident did something. Mercedes, the service host ( also read somewhere that she did not give good customer service in other reviews) told us " well we didn't do move anything in your car you need to get it replaced" basically ' not our problem" . To this i just said okay i mean maybe it was us but this is not how we brought the car because at least before the wipers still moved. Anyways we went back tot he car and were leaving when i turned the right signal and now that didn't work. So now this time we were more upset because this was definitely not the problem when we went in. So i told Mercedes that we were not asking her to fix the car but just to give the car back to us to how we originally had it. in other words thanks for letting us know my car sucked but i just paid 105 for this honda service of them to mess up my car even more. She continued to say that it was not their fault etc. so we asked to speak to the manager who said he would look at it. In the end they kind of fixed it to how it was when we brought the car in but i def was highly upset that i bring my car to know whats wrong with it not for someone to mess up my car even more....... Overall terrible customer service and i agree with a the bad reviews on here that also say to stay away from mercedes. Im really not one to write reviews at all and actually this happened about a month ago now, the only reason im writing this now is because we since then have gone to boyland honda (here they told us two different families own the honda dealers) and it just made me mad that for the same service they onlyl charge 55 and completely different opinion. Nevertheless will never come back here to buy a car...going to bogland or another honda to look for a new 0 mile car!

150K on my 05 Odyssey and 95 percent are city miles. Schlossmans has maintained my vehicle beautifully. It's only the second time in my long life that my car service company (in both cases my dealer) was even worth mentioning. You know money is tight, times are tough, and having a reliable company to service your vehicle is paramount, except perhaps a doctor or a good friend. You know there are really just so very few decent reliable companies these days. I'm blessed to have lucked into purchasing at Schlossmans. I remember a late evening Friday 6:30PM event years after purchase. I called to cry that my window wouldn't go up. They said pop-by. Amazingly, I was in-and-out in minutes. That isn't something one should ever expect or even imagine taking place. Moreover, I'm really demanding when it comes to vehicle maintenance and I demand things be repaired/replaced well before they wear out regardless of cost. I couldn't count the number of times I've asked for services like "do the brakes", or "find and fix any ball-joint, connecting rod, shock, etc" and they won't do it. They just won't take advantage of me and shoot straight time-and-time again. I can offer only the absolute highest recommendations for Schlossmans.

As most people know buying a new car can be stressful and overwhelming at times. after dealing with the salesmen at a dozen car stores, and all the tricks of the trade like, "someone else is looking at the same car that you are, so you better jump on it right away"or "if you want this deal you have to take the car home tonight, or even " WE ARE ONLY WORKING ON 2% MARGIN. I didn't get anything like this at Honda city. I met Tom Surr and immediately felt comfortable was professional and informative. he was more concerned that I found what I was looking for than selling the car, A refreshing change. As a side note Steve Hooker was also very personable and informative. He took his time with us and did not rush through the process. Now for the down side. I had to return to Honda city the next week because they put the wrong VIN number on all the paper work, also had to make a return trip to my insurance office. One suggestion get a decent customer car wash, with under body flush, drive through, and blow dryer. The cowboy hat, you sell cars not horses, Bonanza has been off for 20 years; besides its probably "politically incorrect

I had a problem with my 2013 CRV. The car had 3 batteries, and was making a grinding noise on start up. After many phone calls, internet posts, service appointments, Honda City finally took care of me. They got into a 2014 while keeping my same payments. I end up paying a bit more, but I am erasing 13,000 miles of wear and tear from the 2013 CRV. I originally posted a very negative review, however it have much respect for a company that takes care of a problem. Everyone was very accommodating and nice when we came to exchange the 2013 for the 2014. They were great to work with, and so far I am very happy with my 2014 CRV.

Had a great experience working with Seth and Craig with our first Honda purchase. Both were very personable. All my questions were answered quickly and honestly and the service was top notch. Didn't feel hassled at all while shopping for the car we were looking for, which made the process a lot faster than my past car shopping experiences.
