Mark’s Creamed Spinach

Ingredients

1 pound frozen spinach
1 can cream of mushroom soup
¼ cup milk
1 cup provolone or mozzarella cheese
2 tbs butter
2 tbs minced garlic
Pinch of nutmeg, salt, pepper, and allspice
One Dollop of Sour Cream


Instructions

Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan.

Simmer on medium heat until desired consistency.
