My stay was 7 nights over the 4th of July holiday when the tourist trade in the area was light (not even any fireworks on the 4th due to fires!), so you’d think they’d bend over backwards to please. But that didn’t happen. Airport pickup was lame. Generally, service in this hotel was the worst I’ve exerienced for this hotel price point. The management was ridiculous no matter which manager was on duty. Let’s just say - communication issues. The concierge services seemed to be missing altogether even though there was a desk. The restaurant was very good, but the room service out of the same restaurant was poor. The ‘fresh fruit’ was old, to name one example. Guest services took all the orders for in-room dining and then got them wrong. I came there with many needs due to a lost bag, and getting help was like pulling teeth. Showers are low pressure, air system very loud, TV remote funky, absolutely no nice views down the valley available for rooms less than 2 or 3 bedrooms. Don’t forget to bring extra shirts because the bathroom sink and tap will splash your clothes every time you try to wash your hands or face. Upsides: the restaurant was very nice if you ate there, nice towels, pretty finishes, decent wireless, Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchenette, valet drivers very responsive (except for whoever picked me up at the airport). But really, the management needs to be a little smarter and more service-oriented for a hotel of this kind. Very disappointing!

Wow, my wife got sick from a bacteria in the room. Spent our first day in the hospital. Had to call the paramedics and they took her away in an ambulance. They charged us more than the rate when I booked the room, and didn't seem too concerned that the E.R. Doc said that it was the hotel room that she got sick from. What a low class joint.

Just discovered this gem, and yum is all I can say. Love it...perfect for my husband and I (as we celebrated our 20th anniversary) and got a weekend getaway. Great rates too. Just put in my sister and her family of 5 in one of their rooms - much better deal than their usual hotel and a lot more convenient to our house. Highly recommend this hotel and can't stop telling my friends. As another reviewr wrote, the Netspresso is great...I am forcing my hubby to buy us one now.

The staff set this hotel apart from all others I have stayed at. They went out of there way in so many ways to make our 2nd anniversary special. Great views, good food, $5 Fat Tire drafts, and complimentary rides around town in a range rover. The rooms are clean with a full kitchen and all amenities. The pool is amazing. But really the staff make or break a place, and they have something great going here.

This place is a great location but absolutely the worst hotel service I have experienced yet. Everything with this hotel has been difficult- the room being ready on time, renting equipment, airport pick up, etc. between whistler, park city, north star, beaver creek, deer valley, and wyoming this is by far the worst experience I have had. Staff are unfriendly and unhelpful and it is far too overpriced for what it is. Steer clear of the viceroy and spend your money and time elsewhere

clean, small rooms, windows only open a few inches due to railing, Upgrade to one bedroom with door and porch. You will have a resort fee and parking fees which will not show up until check out. Food was good, service good, overall good and the better place in Snowmass due to most lodging is old and smell of smoke. No smoking and pets are allowed for extra $100. Still working on extra charge that was added days after check out.
