We are very sorry to hear about your recent experience at our company. I assure you that we have always and still value all of our customers and hold customer service to a very high standard. While I believe your experience to be rare and unfortunate, there is no excuse for the complications that you faced in placing and receiving you order from us.
I can assure you that actions have been taken to insure that this will not happen again. Had we or if we are made aware of any inaccuracies with your total or order, please let us know and we will be more than happy to rectify them.
