Post Five - The Press Release You Want… But Probably Won’t Get
Lots of the comments over the past few weeks have centred on the ‘Wall of Silence’ from the Southampton management team.  Of course there is absolutely nothing to say until something is decided, and as I understand it, nothing has been.  The only possibilit...

Going to see Saints in the Carling Cup at Palace next week. Very much looking forward to that. Did I mention that we're top of the league?

Don't let either store fob you off and make you walk between them. The High Street store must take Kids returns, and vice versa. Took a few minutes of uncomfortable discussion before the salesperson finally acknowledged this.

From my time training with Diccon Lynes of the BJJ Lifestyle Team, I have found him to be an excellent teacher. For those with no previous experience of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, his club will be a great place to learn the art. He is patient enough to allow you to absorb his advice, honest enough that you improve and determined enough to push you on. In addition, being backed up by two international competition winners, it should mean that as you advance through the belts, the teaching keeps pace. If you are looking for a martial art to learn, try Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. If you are looking for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Surrey or south-west London, try the BJJ Lifestyle Team. I recommend it very highly. Be aware that it can be a little difficult to find. It is in the centre of Kingston - by the river, behind John Lewis - near the old Slug and Lettuce building. Know where you are going before you leave, or you'll wander around lost for a bit!
