I've been so blessed in my life to work with such amazing employees and customers and to have support from my family and friends. I'm honored to have received this award. Thank you
Our CEO, Tom Nies, received the Carl H. Lindner Award for Outstanding Business Achievement in March. We finally received the official video of his acceptance speech from UC (sometimes our incredibly portable flip cam doesn't take incredibly good videos) and wanted to share it with all of you! To all of our Cincomer followers, thank you for helping make Cincom and Tom Nies what they are today. To all of our customers and fans - Thank you for supporting what we do!

Lessons from Venice: How you can avoid letting history repeat itself. | My new column in the Cincinnati Smart Business magazine.

Have you ever heard Winston Churchill's phrase "I am always willing to learn, however I do not always like being taught"? I've noticed that the same can be said in sales cycles - we always want to buy, but we never want to be sold to. Sales must change their mindset. It shouldn't be a "sales cycle," but rather a "buy cycle."

Are you a servant seller?
