I have two words for you: Breakfast. Burrito. Ever since my roommates and I discovered this incredible item on their weekend brunch menu, we've never looked back. We literally get them every weekend post-nighttime debauchery. I don't quite know how to describe it, but the combination of cheese, potato, bacon, and avocado is unlike any other breakfast burrito I've tried, and I consider myself a connoisseur of breakfast burritos. Of course, the rest of their menu is awesome, but if you're a fan of breakfast burritos YOU NEED TO TRY THIS ONE. I'm in love

Excellent quality. Great place for salads and deserts. Whole wheat chocolate chip cookies.

Huckleberry is exactly what you hope a bakery restaurant is going to be and has been able to do what Panera hasn't by delivering food that both looks great and (more importantly) tastes great too. A truly exceptional bakery brunch. Despite a bit of a line on a Sunday morning they have knowledgeable and friendly service. A beautiful spread of fresh baked goods including mini pies and a host of different incarnations of fig. I had a seasonal pastry with pear and cinnamon that was perfectly buttery and flakey. For the main course I dove into Green Eggs and Ham. Plenty of arugula and a dash of pesto. Solid meal with great ambiance. Finally, had a taste of the house made granola and it looked and tasted like a healthy pinkberry dish.

Food is decent, but my portion of fried chicken was small and overdone. Staff are not overly nice, not rude, just so-so. Food here is pricey for what you get, in other words, value for money is not good. Biggest problem with this place is the process by which you have to order your food. You're stood in a huge line, sometimes out the door. When you get to order 15-20 minutes later, you take a number and try and find a spot to sit. This is poor. It's like a school cafeteria, but at 4-5 star prices for everything. Wouldn't go here again- there are way better places to have lunch in LA without the hoity-toity feel.

Food is good. Pastries are better. Their arugula sandwich and all bakeries are a must.
