Foodies flock to this homey, vibrant eatery for creative Mexican fare, especially moles & pepianes.- Google
"But this food is too far from authentic Mexican food."
"This place can get a little pricey but it's a nice place for nice dinner."

The restaurant is beautifully decorated inside. It is bursting with color and vibrant collectibles from Mexico. The service is excellent and the servers very hospitable. The food presentation is superb and too carefully laid out to even begin to eat. The tequila based guacamole is a recommended side dish. The rice is very tasty and fluffy. Really quite delicious. The mole drizzled chips that are served as a starter are also appetizing. In retrospect the side dishes are much better than the entrees. I ordered fillet Veracruz and it was a bit bland but fresh. Overall, I will return based on the service, rich decor, and variety of items on the menu.

This place USED to be very delicious. Not anymore. No care or love is in the dishes anymore. I don't know what happened, but the food and drinks have gone down horribly. I had a carne asada "steak" and instead I received a wet piece if brown rubber. I also, ordered a tamarindo drink, and it honestly tasted like sour tamarindo candy and water ONLY. It was such a bad experience that we no longer lunch there. Too bad, it was such a nice place.

I had plan on eating at a local eatery when that was a "no go" I stumbled upon this hidden gem. Once you step foot inside you are transported to a Mexican villa somewhere south of the border. The ambiance is perfection especially with the live music..... I ordered the chamorro de res adobado. The meat was tender and cooked to perfection and the spices were on point. My best friend ordered the filete De pescado en salsa de chipotle and she was also satisfied with her selection as the freshness of the fish deserved two thumbs up. This is definitely a spot to try if your looking for a casual night out.

This place has the bear Chile En Nogada I've ever had! Parking is ample on the street, otherwise you can valet. Save room for dessert because their stuffed churros are a must!

The worst chile relleno I've ever had. For $15, you get soggy chile with even more soggy veggies and a sauce that was more like water. Yes, no cheese!!! I had a chile relleno with no cheese. Also, the "Mexican Rice" soup that came with it was Campbell's tomato soup mixed with velveeta nacho cheese. I gagged. The one star it has is for the server who dish is job well. My question is, how did they beat Bobby Flay?

Horrible! The fugliest tasting chile relleno. Never again in my life!
