I'm a bit concerned that checkboxes are taken more as suggestions than rules. It will be interesting the next couple of years to see if there are reports of strange web traffic on Windows 10 machines, if the government starts making arrests or presenting evidence based off private files on Windows 10 machines, etc. Not that they'd likely tell us.

Thank God for Linux. Windows 10 looks fun, but I don't think I'll ever trust it.
