Great way to lose 8 to 20 pounds in 8 weeks, working with your trainer who will
be programming your workouts and nutrition for your own personal goals and weight loss.

- Start week August 15-19 with first weigh-in and ends October 10-12 with final weigh-in any one these 3 days.
- Each person pays $40 to participate and you compete against yourself in weight loss to win. (No refunds)
- You need to train 2 or more times a week. (12 training sessions completed is the minimum during contest to win in final)
- Your first weigh-in will be recorded by your trainer, monitored weekly by your trainer and participants who
reach their goal of 5% or 10% weight loss will be announced at the end of the 8 weeks. You’re competing for
yourself to reach your weight loss goal, so there will be no weekly postings.
- At the end of the 8 weeks if you have lost 5% of your start weight you will be part of splitting the cash pot
from entry fees. If you lose 10% of your body weight you get another part of splitting the cash price. So take your
current weight and multiply it times 5% or 10% to know what you will need to lose. (For most people 5% averages
between 1 and 2 pounds per week - 10% averages between 1.5 and 3 pounds per week)
- Your trainer will set personal goals for you each week that could be nutritional, cardio, strength or personal habit
changes. If you achieve the goals set and verified for that week your name will go in a weekly drawing for a prize.
