Oh my goodness this place gave me the biggest and best foodgasm of my life! I had the Rumba Trio which came with a rib, jerk wings and fried shrimp. I had it served with garlic mashed potatoes and greens. Their corn bread muffins are reason enough to try this place! The atmosphere was great because it had this Island feel and it wasn't too loud but not awkwardly quiet either. Our server Brian was the sweetest too! He was so nice and very quick. I never had to ask for anything because it was like he already knew what I needed. Even my friend didn't notice when he refilled her drink. I'm from Chicago, so we're used to good eating there, but I seriously wish I could take this place home with me. It wasn't just Brian that was great though, Joe the server who brough us our food had us cracking up! Amazing food, amazing service, and one happy satisfied Maria :)

Loved this place, will definitely be back!!!! We got there around 7:30pm on a Sunday evening. We were seated promptly and almost immediately greeted by our server Justin. He was amazing! The food came out hot and was delicious..we had the jerk wings for appetizer and they were perfect, not to spicy yet full of flavor. The live music was awesome, overall vibe of is beyond great. Can't wait to be back.

Definitely WON'T be back. After waiting almost 1 1/2 hours for our food & having half of it warm & half of it cool from sitting, I remember why I haven't been back in the past 7+ years. Not only was the food just ok, but the service sucked as well. And it wasn't overly crowded. They certainly have plenty of staff wandering around. The only reason I can see for their continued crowd is the cheap prices & the nice outdoor seating. Probably great for a drunk bar crowd.

Okay, at first I thought this place was going to be an overly commercialized tasteless chain restaurant, boy was I WRONG! Their food was amazing and I'm a foodie always looking for the best new hole-in-the-wall place to eat. Each portion of food had its own unique flavor and texture - all excellently done. Their Crab Mac & Cheese and Jamaican Greens sides are to die for. The Crispy Coconut Shrimp and Island Seafood Platter...WOW! Prices are okay, a bit on the high side, but you get so much food. We all had doggy bags to go . The staff was friendly, attentive and my orders came out super fast. Oh..... Let me not forget to mention their Mama Maria's Muffins...SINFULLY worth it!

Service was horrible. We waited 10 minutes to even be acknowledged at our table and it was by another server at another station. Then when she told our server, it was another 5 minutes for her to ask what we want to drink. After waiting again, finally the manager came over and said our server was extremely busy, he will have another server wait on one came back for another 5..we gave our order again...still no this time we left. They were not even that busy..other servers, including the worthless manage(why didn't he help) were standing around at the hostess stand. Lack of teamwork no doubt..and lack of management. We will not be back.
