Very Very strange that we get our only 2 negative responses on a couple day. We are 100% serious about customer satisfaction, there is no rhyme to reason why we would sell you or anyone a 45 minute facial and only do 10 minutes, and even stranger why you would even offer to pay for such service. Our facialist will spend almost 10 minutes just cleaning a clients face let alone do the whole facial procedure. Why on the earth would we do this and why wouldn't you complain or refuse to pay??? I ask you to please call the spa and ask for the manager and let them know the name of the person you claim performed the facial, your method of payment and we will be more than happy to refund your money.
Please understand we have literally done hundreds of facials in the past 4 months and have not so much as heard one negative comment, we have actually received tens and tens of referrals! I'd ask any readers here to please look at all the comments and then make a decision, Thank you
