What a terrible experience!! After a few days of talks with the Salesman, Tom, my husband and I were under the impression that nothing was wrong with the car and it would be clean and ready to go on the day we scheduled to pick it up. My husband drove 6 hours to pick up the vehicle. It was dirty, had a ding in the back, was missing the spare tire cover, and the console was broken!! We were not told about any of these things. After 3 hours at the dealership my husband finally came home with the car, cleaned and new parts ordered. I would not recommend this dealership. I do love the car we chose, but I regret that we were not given full disclosure about the vehicle and wonder what other information the dealership might have withheld from us.

Amanda, thank you for the honest review. You are absolutely correct. We failed you in this case. The salesperson was told to walk around the car while on the phone with you and describe any and all dings, dents, issues, etc. That was not done as requested and as a result, your husband drove several hours to get here, only to be disappointed. For that we are truly sorry. That is not how we do business and your experience is certainly not what we wanted. Two of the parts/accessories promised are here. When we get the last part, we will overnight them to you.

We wanted to buy our granddaughter a car. We came onto the lot, parked, got out...our granddaughter walked straight to this beautiful little Mazda 3 CXR. A sales guy came right out, Brian Stevenson, and asked if he could help us...I said I want to buy a car today and as quickly as possible. (We only had a short while to get this done due to full schedules). He said he would help us move through the process expediently. He went with our granddaughter to test drive the CXR, and then we went straight in to his area and got all the paperwork done within minutes. Then we were processed on through the financial part in short time, and we drove off happy and excited with the car...all within a couple of hours! Brian was knowledgeable, respectful, and very personable. He did not push us in any way, but guided us through to a successful transaction. All the people we interacted with were very nice. By the way, she loves the car.

I'm not sure I'd ever use "Truly Exceptional" to describe anything in any review...a bit over the top for an oil change don't ya think?? The staff was nice, the service was efficient and I am pleased. We even bought a car while there - so BOOM!!

BOOM, that's what I'm talking about. One of the best reviews I have seen yet. Getting an oil change is not very fun and/or "exceptional". We are truly grateful for your business Brian and we look forward to earning it for years to come.

Bought a used car with an extended warranty. Came back a month later for service and they told me it needed $1500 worth of repairs. None of it covered by warranty. Serious repairs mind you. After communicating with management, they took care of all the problems and more at no charge. My 11 year old vehicle now runs great. I'm satisfied. Bim Songer particularly did great work. I appreciate all the work they put in, my only criticism would be that they have better communication between their service side and their sales side. This could be fixed with a better software system.

I love my new car!! I was so pleased with Mr. Bill my salesman. Everyone went out of their way to make sure my kids and I were comfortable while we were waiting. Definitely exceeded my expectations plus some. Thank y'all again for everything. 💙💜💛❤

Everything I have done here so far (trading in an old car, buying a new one, and service appointments) has gone swimmingly. Great and helpful staff, quick and knowledgeable service department, sales guys are helpful but not pushy.

The 2016 Mazda CX-9 went through a complete redesign. We drove it over the July 4th weekend. There are things we wish it had but overall, we liked it.
