The server ignored us the whole time, everyone else there was trying to rush us out. The bus boy stood there with his hand in my fiancé's face waiting for her to hand him her plate and she was still eating. The cheese & meat plate was not described to us at all. We will NEVER return

On February 16, 2015, eleven of my quilting friends had lunch on the patio of the Grape Street cafe. I was worried about the cold but they put these fantastic heaters on for us and we were nice and warm. The service was excellent and the food was fantastic. This was the second time we ate there and I would highly recommend this cafe to anyone who would like a wonderful dining experience.

Had fathers day dinner here and it was delicious. Service and atmosphere was great, much better than downtown summerlin location.

I went to the downtown summerlin location. It was quite full, very lively, sat and the bar and wasn't acknowledged for about 3 minutes, which is an eternity in restaurant terms, between the 2 bartenders one man one woman, neither wanted to speak to me, but had time to chat with each other. Finally the male came over, got me a menu, gave me some time and i ordered an old fashioned that wasnt as smooth as I had hoped, chicken Gorgonzola pasta with a caesar. Chicken gorgonzola was amazing, rich, flavorful, and the Caesar was great. But I must've chosen a bad place to sit. i was wondering why my bartenders seemed a bit off, then I realized why, I saw them drinking right behind the bar, they must've been buzzed, I saw waiters drinking red wine and left their glass next to clean glass, they curse a lot, the bartender threw ice and olives past me to get a coworkers attention. Then when I was finished, I sat for about 5 minutes, waiting for the bill, my bartender finally noticed, after many attempts to get his attention. But once he noticed, he went to print mine, but instantly his attention was swayed by all the other guests at the bar ready to leave. So I waited another 5 minutes for him to cash out everybody else. Then he came back over, realized he had forgotten, then brought my bill. Now, if this is supposed to be a laid back type of place that's awesome, but I was extremely put off by the behavior of the front of house staff. They were carefree like it was a house party. Not even noticing how the other guests at the bar were looking at them in bewilderment, just like me. I may return for the food, probably get it to go though.

We went there for the first time on Friday and oh boy, this is my new favorite restaurant. They have an exceptional wine list and the parmesan chicken is the best I've had in a very long time.

My wife and I love going to this place, the Chef makes some great specials. For those complaining about the restaurant in your review, you are entitled to your opinion, but do not complain about having to tip on the full bill before discount on a Groupon, because that is standard practice. Don't be cheap.

Wife and I used to come here quite a bit. But lately after our last few visits, the food and service really went downhill. What really put the icing on the cake was when we used a Groupon voucher. For some reason, the servers become distant and the service gets worse as the night goes on. For instance, when our entrees finally came to us, it was almost impossible to find our waiter because the food came out wrong. God for bid if you have to send it back because you'll starve before you ever see your dish again. You think the manager or owner would bring it out and apologize ? Heck NO ! I was on the Grape Street Facebook friend list and tried to communicate with the owner and he deletes me from his list ! Well I'm not the only one who has been removed from his friend list. Try looking at Trip Advisor and see all the negative comments on this restaurant. Be careful with the bill as well since the 18% is calculated into the bill without them telling you this. And it was figured on the full price and NOT the discounted Groupon price ! Go figure that out. Needless to say, we won't ever be back again.
