The specialty tacos here are mind bogglingly good and so huge that they eat more like a burrito. The Paris, TX is a must for breakfast and I highly recommend the Big Easy and the Hotlanta for lunch. The staff is great. They always give great service and make sure my dogs and I are taken care of!

I've been here a few times. I come back for the Paris, TX taco. I came today and they actually gave me the wrong order. There was no skirt steak, but bacon. I had to drive back. As soon as I walked in the workers new exactly why I had to come back. It was nice quick easy exchange. I finally get back home. Can't wait to bite into the Steak, potatoes, spinach, cheese, and hollandaise sauce combination. I was so Disappointed. The skirt steak was not prepped or cooked properly. The steak didn't have the robust flavors as previous taste and it was over-cooked and a tough piece. Also, to add insult NO Hollindaise sauce to be found on the taco. Now that I recall I think my last visit the Paris, TX taco was a bit subpar aswell. This worries me because I really like this. I'm sorry to give you such a low rating, but I think you had something great in the past. And you really need this review to realize that you are falling from that area.

My wife and I eat here on a weekly basis. Some of the best breakfast tacos that I've ever had. I highly recommend the Early Riser, if you're looking for spice you can add jalapenos. If you have a small appetite, definitely do not order more than one taco (you may not even be able to finish that one).

The food is pretty good but I doubt I ever go back. They are incapable of understanding the phrases "no cheese" or "no dairy" when you place an order to go. Then the guy at the counter will tell you it is no cheese only to get home and find that the tacos have cheese cooked into the eggs.

Where to start, how about at the door. There is no sign and they are supposed to sell "tacos" and for lack of a better word they do, just not Mexican/Texan. The food wasnt bad but the mixture of flavors is missed matched and dont blend well. If you want to go out and get a "rad, new, im a hipster taco" this is your place. If your a Texan looking for a steak celantro and lime taco, keep on going. Tourchy's is better than this place.

This is a great taco joint!! The tacos are not your run of the mill tacos, they have interesting items in them like goat cheese. Breakfast tacos are to die for, and they are really large sized. Cool place, will be back for more!

After reading a review and discovering that this place is close to where I was I went in for a bite to eat, ordering what was eaten by the publisher of read review. The food was ok. A little bit outside the boundries of a taco. The meat on the Paris, Texas 'taco' was very fleshy and a bit difficult to get down. After chewing and chewing and chewing and chewing and chewing I would swallow with my body responding with a bit of reluctance. Sitting in a restaurant with a trendy hot spot air I couldnt spit it out as I would phlegm. The portion was generous though. It was big enough that attempting to eat it like a traditional taco, which I was hungry for, would not have been possible. So, I grabbed a fork and ate the contents out of a flour bowl. Im sitting on the fence about this place because it was ok but, I was mislead by the sign that was advertising tacos.
